Just of out curiosity, which weapon is the best when it comes to destroying enemies? Although the aeternus' insane fire rate is such a joy to play with and music to my ears, I find the problem solver is able to melt the enemy's health bar more rapidly than the aeternus. After installing the gatling laser fix mod and enabling no spin up, its even more difficult for me to decide as both is such a great weapon. I just wanna be able to choose a main weapon.

What do you guys think?

15 сен. 2018 в 21:49 Aeternus has an finite amount of ammo as long as you have one fusion core, that much should give you an idea. 15 сен. 2018 в 21:52

You are comparing apples and oranges really. The Problem Solver is a rifle while Aeternus is a heavy gun. It's two different categories. Why pick if you could have both?

I would pick Aeternus, since when fully modded with respective maxed out perks, it's really good. It's legendary effect is great, gatling ammo is very economical, decent damage. Gatlings are the best heavy guns in FO4, imo; I'm a huge fan of those. Also, can be a great solution to a follower never running out of ammo, or at least not for very very long time.

The Problem Solver is a weapon in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.

So I managed to score a Wounding Handmade Rifle last night. Ive been using Problem Solver a lot. I am in love with that gun and have Commando maxed because of it. Im wondering now which would be the better gun assuming I make the Wounding auto and kit out same as I have Problem Solver.

Ends up doing more damage.

On vanilla survival, wounding is going to tear through everything really fast, if you have the bullets. Much faster than add dmg

Nah, Problem solver is better. Each consecutive shot adds 15% damage.

So, first shot does base damage, the next one does base + 15%, then base + 30%, then 45% and it keeps going to 150% damage.

Better than bleed damage that takes time.

Edit: unnecessary punctuation

Accuracy depends on the situation and if I get surprised or not lol I think Im going to carry both for a while and leave the kneecapper mini gun behind. I havent felt the need to use that since I got Problem Solver.
