ПОСЛЕ УСТАНОВКИ ИГРЫ НЕОБХОДИМО ЗАПУСТИТЬ ROKSTAR GAMES SOKIAL CLUB ( ярлык на робочем столе) в offline-режиме ( интернет должен быть отключен). Жмем "Пропустить подключение" , затем "Играть".

После установки и запуска игры на экране появится предложение войти в профиль.
Если вы увидите надпись "Player 1 вошел" - это значит у вас уже создан "offline-профиль",
и вам ничего делать не надо.
Если этого не произошло, вам необходимо заново создать "ЛОКАЛЬНЫЙ ПРОФИЛЬ"
(меню создания профиля можно вызвать в любой момент, нажав на клавиатуре клавишу "HOME")
в появившемся на экране приложении Games For Windows LIVE
нажмите кнопку "ДА", затем - " СОЗДАНИЕ НОВОГО ПРОФИЛЯ".
Появится окно с предложением, что для создания профиля игрока необходимо подключится к сети Интернета.
и щелкните левой кнопкой мыши выделенные синим цветом слова "СОЗДАТЬ ЛОКАЛЬНЫЙ ПРОФИЛЬ".
После нажатия на кнопку "Готово" создание локального профиля игра будет закончено.

Sure, first, you can install GTA IV offline, then you play without login in Rockstar Social club.
In the game's folder (C:\program files\rockstar games\GTA IV) you have a folder named offline activation, so you can activate the game in offline mode.
Then start the game, and press Home button to open ingame windows live, and then you can create an offline games for windows account that you can save/load games

Установить АВТОНОМНО GTA4, запускаем без входа в Rockstar Social club.
В папке установки игры (C:\program files\rockstar games\GTA IV) появится папка с именем "offline activation", то есть можем актировать игру в режиме Автономном
Запускаем игру, нажимаем кнопочку "Home" чтобы открыть Windows Live (в игре GTA 4) и создаем аотономный аккаунт. Вот и все, поспим и игра сохраняется )))))

спокойно, ты создаёшь учётную запись не в интернете а в самой игре ложишся спать и сохраняешь
я начинаю создавать себе аккаунт всё правильно сделал мне написали что нужен код активации я ввожу цифры и он пишет что он неправильный. Что мне делать?

there is technically no need to create a rockstar social club account if you don't want to play online . there is indeed 3 buttons on the social club window and one does Indeed say 'play (offline) . which allow to run the game without entering a account name or password.

Il n'y a aucun besoin de créé un compte Rocstar social club pour jouer hors-ligne , comme montré sur l'image il y a un lien nommé jouer (hors ligne) qui lance le jeux sans avoir a entré de nom de compte ou de mot de passe

au lieu de faire çela faite défiler le texte et reguardé bien attentivement pour un texte en bleu , vous pourré voir une phrase disant 'crée un profile local' . clicker sure çe texte.
Finaly type in a name and play the game . just without multiplayer.normally if you done everything right . this screen should show up and allow you to just enter a name , play the game and save all your progress on your own hard drive , no the game does not even ask you for the CD-key if you done it right , you have to mind that this also prevent you from joining online games . thru the LAN multiplayers should still be working.
normalement si vous avez suivi les instructions a la lettres cette écran devrait apparaitre , entré votre nom de joueur et puis vous y etes . a présent le jeux fonctionera avec des sauvegarde fait localement sur votre disque dur et en plus vous n'auré même pas a fournir Un clef CD valide.
a noter que les fontions de jeux en ligne ne seront pas disponible , le mode de jeux réseau LAN devrait être encore fonctionelle cependant.
