Welcome to our Serin Fate Tips and Tricks guide. This is a compilation of the entries I have added in the Starter Tips Channel on the official games discord server and will help provide a good grounding of general info for new players.

  • Your choice of species gifts you with innate buffs! so pay attention to the upper left hand of your screen in character creation and game as if you hover over your species symbol, it will tell you what they are gifted in!
  • Your choice of elemental attunement gifts you with a variety of bonuses that like species, can be viewed in-game by hovering over your elemental symbol in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Talk to Cane after you get your first chimera from Coco, They can explain and help with so many things!
  • Each Element has a part of the land that harmonises with it, and within each of these parts lay a trial to be overcome and secrets to be found!

*Nature is one with the forest and so your first trial shall be found hidden deep within the bounds of Autumn Forest, finding your way true will let you seek the shard of nature held inside.

*The seared lands of the Emberore Mountains embrace much of the suns rays and so there shall another trial await to reach the sun shard.

*The hidden Nymbus Isles face fierce winds and lashing storms where lightning crackles the sky and so lay there too another trial and shard to find, that of Storm.

*Only in Dreams can one open the Pass to the Moon Realm.

*The Lands of Void known as The Fringe, hold no warmth, they lay at the furthest known island north and can only be reached with friends of the Sky!

Does anyone know where to get monster souls?

(Also, if you know where to get the miner hat and herb hat that would be great ♥)

what you are doing wrong is you need to power up the shard fragments that the princess is trying to find. once you do it will say "X element is powered up" or something like that, it's very thematic you will know if you do it right and at the top left you will have a buff.

this causes monsters of that kind to drop better items. one of them is monster souls.

another place that JUST drops monster souls are the undead in front of the gate in Emberore Mountain.

Haven't found the miners hat

the herb hat you can get I just don't remember where ;P

Monster souls drop frequently from bigger enemy types, I think the island has a few that drop them, as does the undead area

Herb hat is behind geez' house iirc. Idk where miner hat too.

I got monster souls from the beetle monsters in mines, but it seems that it only drops after you turn the red shard (and they dont drop that often too)

I've gone through at least 200 Carrions and ghost monsters, plenty of Crackers and snakes, and haven't gotten a single one. I got like. 12 monster souls farming the trolls in the mines after the mountain boss (the area right outside the troll shop) i was farming maybe 30 minutes or so for sun runes.

I think it was the herb pack behind geez house? the herb hat is in Autum Forest right outside the bee room. I could have them backwards though

I think the secret passage he means is when your going down in the mine (down the hole) one of the first few floors )think the one with the trolls) there is a secret passage on

Welcome to our Serin Fate Walkthrough & Guide. This guide will walk you though the first few steps into the world of Serin Fate and get you acclimated to several mechanics and requirements to pass the very early game with relative ease.

Do note that while I will cover helpful mechanics and how to go about Serin Fate, a portion of this guide will cover how I personally play, and there are other play styles available in game.

  • Serin (Bird people)
    Have a higher max mana pool and have a natural mana regeneration rate.
  • Val (dog,cat,rabbit…. things?)
    Have a higher max hit point pool and can better refine metals
  • Humans (Odd looking primate thing)
    Have a higher selling price, or lower buying price for various items in the game and are slightly better at combat

Each race has there own perks that will apply though out the game, though some are more relevant than others.

And your off on an adventure! The next major decision point is what type of starter weapon you want, a Wand or a Sword? (note your choice does NOT effect the ability to switch later on. It is only a starter weapon. However this is the ONLY copy of the sword in the game)

  • Wands offer a longer range and a wider area of impact but can NOT be spammed by holding down the attack key. As of the time of writing Wands also offer the ability to dodge.
  • Swords offer speed, a wider arc and the ability to just hold down a key to attack over and over.
    Both weapon types have a charge attack that consumes mana in exchange for a very hard hitting skill, though it takes a bit of time to charge up.

Regardless of what you pick, you are now on your way up to becoming a Witch!

You learn this later on in the game but … for ANY flower if you swipe at it with your sword or wand three times before you pick it you have a chance at getting Dust, Magic Dust and Fairy dust!


Why is this important? Well, magic dust and fairy dust sells for a LOT of cash and that allows you to buy stuff later on to accelerate the start of the game. Collect all that you can!

The Path to Which Witch is Which Witch for Witchery

Along the way you might see some crows hanging out in a tree. Scare them away because crows can drop some valuable items and gear! Getting lucky can easily save you a decent amount of time and effort later on.


Next up is the choice to view the opening ceremony or not. This is entirely up to you but by viewing it you gain the chance to loot acquire some valuable early resources!

Most valuable here is the seed pockets which look like.


And hey walking over that precipice looks mighty dangerous.. but it could be worth it….


Now you go though the motions and story line for being a witch (or you skipped it)

Next you can pick to do the tutorial or not.


The two key items you need to exit are in the bed room, and upstairs.

HARD MODE can be enabled here and only here at this time by interacting with the skull. I personally do not recommend this for first time players. Hard mode give monsters a fairly significant buff to hp (5-10 times) and increases runic multipliers but also gives more and better drops.

Interests and what they do:




Stats- a portion of the chimera stats apply to you. Chimera gain stats in a certain area upon level up. To view what stats a chimera get upon leveling up, put it in a pen and click the view information on the chimera.

Once outside your house the small chest has a spell book with the spell wood cut 1 this can be put into the main 7 of your inventory and space (or action) to use it and learn the spell.

Every level up you get stat points and skill points (of the category type).

Stat points can be assigned in the equipment section (Tab, equipment).


Hovering over the different types (COM, CP,DEX,INT, VIT) will give you an idea of what they do.
while here you can also hover over the runic attributes to see the runic hierarchy. Gaining runic resistances will lower the damage taken from the runics that the one you gained resistance in is strong vs. (IE gaining Moon runic will lower your damage taken from Sun and Nature)

Skill points can be spent in the skill tree. (middle mouse button, skills) The recommended route to follow is shown below.


This is because you NEED miner II to mine Iron and Obsidian.

Note: You can cast spells as many times as you want on resource nodes. This works very well with Obsidian.

Resource Refinement

So, now you have a bunch of bits bobs and knickknacks. The bench next to the chest will all you to craft items. To get more recipes you need to notebook items. A forge needs fuel (wood logs, coal, and fire salt) to work. All crumbles, runes, sand and ore can be smelted, with a failure resulting in ash.

The basic bench will let you craft a few items and you will want to make a heavy bench soon. But to do so you need hard wood. Well hard wood requires the Forester II skill. But you need planks for this as well, and planks to make a saw mill. Luckily for you there is a free saw mill south of the cross roads.

Thankfully you dont need to sit there and wait for it to finish works (nor any of the craft stations) so load it up and be on your way!

Gearing Up!

Well now you have Stats and skills only one last thing to do before venturing into the wider world. Gearing up!

A word of caution before going out, breakable grass such as the type shown below CAN AND WILL Spawn monsters when you walk though it. It is a low chance (5-10%) but it happens more often than not and can seriously mess up a run. Lucky for you, swording or wanding the grass causes no monsters to spawn. only running though it.


Extra Chimera that you have caught can be placed in a pen to produce pearls. However, they require food, and the ability to keep the crows away. Food goes into a food trough. Food can consist of Chimera chow, or fish.

Игра не запускается

Тут собраны ответы на самые распространённые ошибки. В случае если вы не нашли ничего подходящего для решения вашей проблемы — рекомендуем перейти на форум, где более детально можно ознакомиться с любой ошибкой встречающийся в Serin Fate .

Игра вылетает на рабочий стол без ошибок.
О: Скорее всего проблема в поврежденных файлах игры. В подобном случае рекомендуется переустановить игру, предварительно скопировав все сохранения. В случае если игра загружалась из официального магазина за сохранность прогресса можно не переживать.

Serin Fate не работает на консоли.
О: Обновите ПО до актуальной версии, а так же проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету. Если полное обновление прошивки консоли и самой игры не решило проблему, то стоит заново загрузить игру, предварительно удалив с диска.

Ошибка 0xc000007b.


О: Есть два пути решения.
 Первый — полная переустановка игры. В ряде случаев это устраняет проблему.
Второй состоит из двух этапов:

Ошибка 0xc0000142.


О: Чаще всего данная ошибка возникает из-за наличия кириллицы (русских букв) в одном из путей, по которым игра хранит свои файлы. Это может быть имя пользователя или сама папка в которой находится игра. Решением будет установка игры в другую папку, название которой написано английскими буквами или смена имени пользователя.

Ошибка 0xc0000906.


О: Данная ошибка связана с блокировкой одного или нескольких файлов игры антивирусом или “Защитником Windows”. Для её устранения необходимо добавить всю папку игры в исключени. Для каждого антивируса эта процедура индивидуально и следует обратиться к его справочной системе. Стоит отметить, что вы делаете это на свой страх и риск. Все мы любим репаки, но если вас часто мучает данная ошибка — стоит задуматься о покупке игр. Пусть даже и по скидкам, о которых можно узнать из новостей на нашем сайте.

Отсутствует msvcp 140.dll/msvcp 120.dll/msvcp 110.dll/msvcp 100.dll


О: Ошибка возникает в случае отсутствия на компьютере корректной версии пакета Microsoft Visual C++, в который и входит msvcp 140.dll (и подобные ему). Решением будет установка нужной версии пакета.

    msvcp 140.dllmsvcp 120.dllmsvcp 110.dllmsvcp 100.dll
  • Нажимаем на Windows + R;
  • Вводим команду“regsvrЗ2 msvcp140.dll”(без кавычек);
  • Нажимаем “ОК”;
  • Перезагружаем компьютер.


Ошибка 0xc0000009a/0xc0000009b/0xc0000009f и другие
О: Все ошибки начинающиеся с индекса 0xc0000009 (например 0xc0000009a, где на месте “а” может находиться любая буква или цифра) можно отнести к одному семейству. Подобные ошибки являются следствием проблем с оперативной памятью или файлом подкачки.


Перед началом выполнения следующих действий настоятельно рекомендуем отключить часть фоновых процессов и сторонних программ, после чего повторно попробовать запустить Serin Fate .
Увеличиваем размер файла подкачки:

  • Клик правой кнопкой на значку компьютера, а далее: "Дополнительные параметры системы" - "Дополнительно" - "Быстродействие" - "Дополнительно" - "Виртуальная память" - "Изменить".
  • Выбираем один диск, задаем одинаковый размер.
  • Перезагружаемся.



Размер файла подкачки должен быть кратен 1024. Объём зависит от свободного места на выбранном локальном диске. Рекомендуем установить его равным объему ОЗУ.
Если ошибка 0xc0000009а сохранилась, необходимо проверить вашу оперативную память. Для этого нужно воспользоваться функциями таких программ как MemTest86, Acronis, Everest.

Игра тормозит и лагает

Скорее всего данная проблема носит аппаратный характер. Проверьте системные требования игры и установите корректные настройки качества графики. Подробнее об оптимизации игры можно почитать на форуме. Также загляните в раздел файлов, где найдутся программы для оптимизации Serin Fate для работы на слабых ПК. Ниже рассмотрены исключительные случаи.

Проблемы с модами

Ошибки загрузки/обновления

Проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету, а также скорость загрузки. При слишком высоком пинге или низкой пропускной способности обновление может выдавать ошибки.

Если магазин или лончер Serin Fate не завершает обновления или выдает ошибки, то переустановите саму программу. При этом все скачанные вами игры сохранятся.

Запустите проверку целостности данных игры.

Проверьте наличие свободного места на том диске, на котором установлена игра, а также на диске с операционной системой. И в том и в другом случае должно быть свободно места не меньше, чем занимает игра на текущий момент. В идеале всегда иметь запас около 100Гб.
