Spirit of the Standing Stones is located in the nearest forest near the city of Kirhaal. He can be found sitting on one of the stones at night surrounded by green glowing fireflies, until you complete the treasure hunt. The spirit is only into characters with male genitalia. The spirit will give you three riddles that you need to complete to be able to have sex with him.

the red arrow is one of the locations where it can be found. walking along the shore sand area eventually you will spot it.
1: The Biggest Davh Drop: You must find the biggest davh drop, on the peninsula shown on the map. Bring the Drop back to him once found. You can also ask Timathi where it would be located and she would tell you. The Drop can spawn anywhere on the shore of the peninsula, The Drop is bright green in color so its recommended to search at night to find the location faster. Note it is possible to acquire the Drop before talking to the Spirit if you come across it while exploring, be warned the Drop is also sellable and selling it may loose you the chance of getting another. (It's unknown if another spawns at this time)

2: The Silver Sun Alcohol: The bottle can be acquired by asking Kess for one, located at the Cotton Tail, Tell her that you will tell her the secret later and she will give it to you, do not tell her anything else.
3: Book: The book is a bit of a fetch quest. You will have to talk to three people to acquire it.

First ask Sterling, located at the weaponsmith shop if she knows about the book she will point you to Sinnae who sits at the end of the bar in Cotton Tail. Simply tell her you are looking for a copy and she will reply she lent it to a friend by the river. Head just out of town in between the two forests (the one below the town where the Spirit is and the one directly west or left of the town) the space between these two forests (south-west of the town) has a river with a small spring like waterfall where Saera the Scarab will be sitting. She only appears from morning to noon in the day. Talk to her and tell her 'It's for a friend of mine' after dialog she will hand you the book.
