The Cat Lady has multiple endings with different achievements which can be unlocked based on the player's decisions throughout the game. The endings determine the fate of Susan Ashworth, Mitzi Hunt, and the Eye of Adam.
Secret Achievements [ ]
Here are the achievements that are not shown in Steam until they are unlocked.

1. Скажите королеве скажите королеве червей нет, отстать от вас :)
2. Выберите три правильных вариантов для Лиз, чтобы доказать, что вы слушали.
3. Решить загадку куклы двери.
4. Не сорваться в главе 3.
5. Дайте Мици противогаз.
6. Не задуть свечи в главе 7.
Сьюзен и Митси придут в квартиру №5 на встречу с человеком, который называет себя The Eye of Adam. Пройдите вправо за Митси. Вы поговорите со стариком-отцом Адама. Подойдите к нему и возьмите коробку. Откройте ее, в ней окажется противогаз. Адам отравит квартиру газом. У вас будет выбор: отдать маску Митси или надеть самой – от этого зависит концовка игры.
Выбор 4:
1 реплика – отдайте маску Митси.
2 реплика – наденьте маску.
Если вы отдали маску Митси:
Сьюзен умрет и снова окажется в поле. Идите вправо, пока снова не встретитесь с Королевой Червей. Она предложит Сьюзен задуть одну из двух свечей.
Выбор 5:
1. Задуйте левую свечу.
2. Задуйте правую свечу.
3. Откажитесь.
Чтобы вы не выбрали, Сьюзен вернется обратно.
После разговора с Митси идите за ней влево. Вы увидите Адама – парализованного инвалида. Митси захочет убить его, Сьюзен будет отговаривать.
Выбор 6:
Если вы выберите реплику: Fine. Kill him, Митси убъет Адама и погибнет сама. Если вы будете выбирать другие реплики, а потом: I care about you. Do it for me, Сьюзен и Митси уйдут.
Если вы надели маску:
Митси и старик умрут. Выйдите из кухни и идите влево, к выходу из квартиры. Квартира изменится и вместо выхода будет стена. Поверните и идите вправо, вы окажетесь в поле. Идите вправо, пока снова не встретитесь с Королевой Червей. Она предложит Сьюзен задуть одну из двух свечей.
Выбор 5.1:
1. Задуйте левую свечу.
2. Задуйте правую свечу.
3. Откажитесь.
Чтобы вы не выбрали, Сьюзен вернется обратно.
Идите влево и входите в комнату Адама. Сьюзен поговорит с ним и вам опять предстоит выбрать.
Выбор 6.1:
1 реплика – убить Адама.
2 реплика – позволить ему жить.
Делайте свой выбор и смотрите финальный ролик.
Игра пройдена.
Tasks [ ]
2. Crow's riddle/ You must win this puzzle, the right question is "which door the other doll would appoint me?" and choose the opposite. You will see a vase of flowers on a table upon entering the next room after choosing the correct door. (This will also award the achievement The Great Reward)
4. Mask - You can't let Mitzi die if you want to keep her alive until the end, so you need to give the gas mask to her. (This will also award the achievement Sacrifice)
5. Candle - Once again, you don't do what the Queen wants from you; by refusing to blow out any of the remaining two lit candles, you prove that you don't need the Queen of Maggots at all in which you break your ties with her and refuse to follow her rules. You come back from the Otherworld in an act of pure will and personal strength.

Guide to unlocking the chapter 3 achievement unbreakable. Make sure Susan doesn't break down because of little upsets while recovering from the killing of Dr.X in chapter 2. (This guide could also be used as a chapter 3 walkthrough)

Can you guys tell me any games that are horribly depressing? It shouldn't be like The Cat Lady style. 2D or 3D, or whatever gameplay it doesn't matter. Whether it romanticize or glorify suicide, pain, suffering or the like, it doesn't even matter. I'm into such things and don't worry I'm still alive despite the struggle in life. For me, its the pest control man and his wife. The level felt so spooky. Not knowing if that crazy nurse was gonna get me, creepy! The voice acting was good too. The pest control mans creepy flirting, his wife's horrid voice nagging. But whats your favorite? I love to start discussions.

Endings [ ]
"A Ruthless Killer" [ ]
In Chapter 7, give the gas mask to Mitzi, then allow her to kill the Eye of Adam. This is the bad ending.
"Golden" [ ]
Complete the below tasks in Chapters 1, 2, and 3. Then, in Chapter 7, give the gas mask to Mitzi and prevent her from killing the Eye of Adam. This is the best ending.
"I Care About You" [ ]
In Chapter 7, give the gas mask to Mitzi, then prevent her from killing the Eye of Adam. This is the good ending.
"Revenge" [ ]
In Chapter 7, choose to keep the gas mask, then kill the Eye of Adam. This is the worst ending.
