Metro exodus вылетает dx12

Всем привет! Решение данной проблемы уже найдено? В настройках игры переключение DirectX недоступно вообще. 11-й стоит по умолчанию, при этом сама опция заблокирована.

Нужна самая последняя версия dx и винда со всеми последними обновлениями.

А зачем обновления винды? 2 года назад винда была "последняя"? Или на 1607, 1709 - не было dx12?
Та же проблема. RX 480, Ryzen 5 1600, Win 10 1607. DirectX 12 в остальных играх распознается.
Скорее всего не включается Directx 12, из за того что игра как бы RTX типа поддерживает, и сглаживание dlss, и типа для игр с RTX поддержкой нужна windows 10 1809 как минимум, потому что в этой версии добавлена поддержка RTX, и скорее всего с играми с поддержкой Directx 12+RTX такие ограничения, и скорее это бред.
UPD. ну или же винда уже глюченая, и пора её переустановить на новую версию и обновить дрова.

как видно в среднем на dx11 больше на 5-10 фпс, чем на dx12, особенно это заметно на больших открытых пространствах, прироста производительности на dx12 на windows 10, как обещали майкрософт - никогда не будет, это лишь пиар ход, который не рботает как и их суппорт, отсюда "неожиданные баги" на рализе с вылетами новой Метро на dx11, когда запуск был возможен только на dx12, надо же как-то продавать новые видеокарты..
вот результат, dx11 больше нагружает систему, но при этом так же выдает на 10 фпс больше, а dx12 напротив меньше грузит, но и фпс показывает меньше, визуально же от 12го никакого толку, он нужен только для эртэикс лучей, иначе делает только хуже:

Disabling Ansel worked like charm for me. Not only the Caspian lighthouse crash it fixed, but also the Aurora furnace crash. Nice tip, bro, thx!

Turn everything down to Lowest and set resolution to 1280x720 and cap your framerate at 30 FPS and underclock you GPU by 100 MHz and make sure you set the game's .exe to "disable full screen optimizations", also, make sure you don't have anything running, including windows, (bring up task manager and terminate windows.exe) Also, make sure you have the latest unstable build of Windows, that would be 1909, get the preview edition so you can bug test for Microsoft on top of dealing with this game.
Deep Silver told me that my problems are because I'm on Windows 1809 and that I needed to update Windows.
What else, make sure you disable the sound because the sound can create problems, you don't need to hear anyway. Also, if youre on PC with 21:9, you have to play with controller because you can't navigate the menu system in back-pack.
What else, dude this game is awesome once you do all of the above! Feels and looks just like the original Metro 2033 from Xbox 360 that I played back in 2009!
Devs don't need to fix anything, all of the problems are on our end! Once you configure the game properly like above all problems are gone!

In my first playthrough, I only crashed twice, both times in the middle of the Caspian map. I'm playing on Ranger Hardcore now, looking for the good ending, just entered Yamantau. Will have to see if it crashes for me on Caspian this time. If this fix works, that would be great! Especially since I can't save at will.

Jury's still out about that 'fix'. I managed to put together my own fix for that level---it might actually work for others as well----, without sacrificing any quality whatsoever, and I managed to get the "Hardcore" achievement, and the "Iron Mode" achievement, and have since played through the entire game numerous times with very few problems. If' 'Pure Mana' makes it through without crashing, and gets the achievement, I'll try that solution along with mine.

Reading comprehension not your strong point? Crashed twice in my prior run through which was BEFORE I disabled Ansel just yesterday. You know, just like your previous garbage post in this thread, not helpful.
You make it sound like games don't crash. Many AAA games crash or have issues at some point. Tell me, oh, Pure Mana Supreme, what complex giant AAA open worlld game never crashed for you? Name me one. Go ahead, lie to us all, stroke your ego. The largest selling open world game in history, GTA5, crashes all the time. You sound like a butt hurt nancy boy who literally started playing games yesterday. I'm so glad games never crash for you, except this one. GFY. Get a life.

Nice, fixed everything I had wrong with the game. It's not the devs fault, it is us the players.

Hey Guys so after long 2 days of experiments I managed to figure out the problem with DX12.
- Just uninstall Geforce Experience after which go to C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Ansel\Tools\NVCameraConfiguration.exe start it and select disable on the bottom.
All problems gone no more crash with dx12.
Ansel seems to be the one making the problem and geforce experience.
My System:
Macbook Pro 15 Bootcamp + eGPU
Intel i7 7820HQ
16GB Ram
dGPU Radeon 560
eGPU Aorus Gaming Box GTX 1080
Windows 10 64bit Enterprise N 1903 build 18323
