About HF Patch

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\AI-Shoujo\UserData\setup.xml

just make sure you save a backup.

Also I can't say if it will letterbox it or not.
you can test the fullscreen true/false as well.

AI-Shoujo can be split into two parts: character and scene creation tools (character maker and Studio), and an adventure game with story mode (it can use your custom characters, but not scenes). Here are some previews of the creation tools:
