User Accounts are a feature present in all Geometry Dash games with limited functionality in Geometry Dash Lite, Geometry Dash Meltdown, and Geometry Dash SubZero. User accounts were officially introduced in Update 1.9, giving the player the ability to save and transfer data between devices. Many other features were added later in Update 2.0.
Moderators
Geometry Dash moderators are individuals that are selected by Robert Topala to hold special responsibilities above other members within the community. As of Update 2.11, they can easily be distinguished from regular users by badges appearing next to the user's name on both their profile page and comments.
The main role of a moderator is to send levels and suggested difficulties to RobTop who may then proceed to rate the level. Moderators can also suggest the Demon difficulty of certain levels, and although these suggestions are not always accurate to the final rating, they hold higher priority over regular users. Comments left by moderators appear in lighter green text, due to a server-side update that occurred on September 17, 2020. Before this, regular moderators had white text.
There is also a small group of elder moderators, including RobTop himself, that hold additional special responsibilities and have more power over regular moderators. In addition to sending levels to RobTop, elder moderators can delete comments on levels, give users temporary bans from commenting, and whitelist music artists. Comments left by elder moderators appear in darker green text, as opposed to regular moderators.
All promotions and demotions are performed solely by Robert Topala, and such incorporate his views and opinions. The full list of current moderators, elder moderators, and ex-moderators can be viewed here.

Disabled accounts
In some cases, Robert Topala may choose to disable certain accounts, which permanently disables the ability to log into the accounts on the same IP address. Instead of successfully logging into the account when entering the correct password, it will display a message telling the user to contact RobTop Support for more information. The message has not changed since its initial inclusion.

Заходим в Geometry Dash и открываем настройки
Выбираем опцию ACCOUNT
Заходим в HELP
Теперь нас перекинуло на вкладку управления аккаунтом вот она
Нам надо только создать аккаунт поэтому нажимаем на Register
И создаем аккаунт
Заходим на вашу почту и выбираем первую ссылку и проходим капчу.
Заходим в Geometry Dash, снова заходим в настройки --> ACCOUNT --> Log In
Вводим данные аккаунта
После нас должны поздравить с созданием аккаунта

Account settings
Account settings can be accessed from the main menu. Locate the settings menu and select the "Accounts" button. A player that is logged in can then save and load data from the cloud; the "More" button allows the player to refresh their login, change their username and password (from the "Manage account" button), or unlink (log out and delete all save data) their account.
Saving data
Once a player is logged into their account, they can select the "Save" button in order to back up their data to the cloud (with a minimum of 10 stars required). Because save data is stored in the cloud rather than the device, it can be accessed at any time even if the user previously unlinked their account from the device.
Save data includes collectibles, created levels, and the user's unlocked icons, but does not include the specific icon set or colours chosen. Save data also does not include downloaded songs, meaning the user must redownload songs when restoring data.
Transferring data
When save data is backed up to the cloud, it can be accessed from any device. In order to transfer data to a different device, a player must log in to their account on the new device. From the account settings the player can then select "Load" to restore their save data to the new device, which should load the player's unlocked icons, other collectibles, and created levels.
Saving data from a different device than the original save data will merge the two backups together in the cloud.

I want to do it on my old fat iPad so I can start afresh on it for a coins collecting series, but keep all the data on my new device.

It deletes all the local data in which you unlink your account.Doesn't do anything to other devices or online saved data.

Profile pages
All players are assigned individual profile pages upon creating a user account. A profile page showcases a player's current icons, displaying their current cube, ship, ball, UFO, wave, robot, and spider with their respective colours. In addition, profile pages also showcase a player's global rank and respective trophy alongside some collectibles, including:
- Stars
- Diamonds
- Secret Coins
- User Coins
- Demon levels count
- Creator points (if any)
On the profile page, players can send and receive private messages from one user to another, send and respond to friend requests, and block other users from viewing their profile or sending friend requests. Players can leave personal messages for others to read and like or dislike. Players can also view all comments made by a specific user, sorted by either recency or amount of likes. When viewing a different player's profile page, the options to follow or view the other player's levels are also displayed.
In the profile page settings, accessible by tapping on the gear icon, there are options allowing the player to choose who is able to send messages (anyone, friends or none) and friend requests (all or none) to them. The player can also toggle whether or not other players can view their comment history. YouTube, Twitter, and Twitch accounts can be linked to a profile page.
There is an approximate one day delay before players can view the statistics of a newly created user account.
