If you still need a fix, here's how!
I managed to fix it by copying the map files from the server and placing them in client side files. For some reason, the server auto-updates the map, but your client doesn't.

Отпишись и подпишись на карту,которая стоит на серве,или просто админ не обновил сервер
Сергей, ну, у меня скриншот с Ф12 перенесен на Num Pad Delete, так удобнее)

The map uses two workshop items, which I copied to "servername/Workshop/content" The map lies properly in "servername/Workshop/Maps"
PS: I`m the one who created the map, but my friend, who owns the server has no reddit account so i copied his text and post it in his name ^ i hope its not too complicated now
