With my first character (the one was for free) when I finished chapter 1 it put me some rest zone where I could find something that customized the character's face, hair, etc.
Then I subscribed and I don't know how to customize the character's head cause there is no way to find a place. I mean I have no idea how to get to that place outside the chapters. it just puts me in the next chapter and next chapter and I'm a bit desperate cause I reaaally want to change my character's appearance.
I'm talking about something like this but I have no idea how to get there.
There's a giant white floating head in each of the Cartel Market areas on both fleets. North elevator on Republic fleet. South elevator on Imp fleet. Click on that and it will pull up the editor.
Some strongholds have them as well but it's easier just to point you there.

return to the nearest spaceport, board ship from your hanger, travel to fleet, disembark
or just use a "Emergency Fleet Pass"
or travel to a Stronghold & Exit to Fleet
Once on Fleet
head for the N or S elevator depending on if it is Republic or Imperal

Chapter 2 of the Class story, or Chapter 2 of KotFE?
If you're in Chapter 2 of the Class story, you should be able to go to Fleet pretty much whenever you want. Just use your Fleet pass, or QT to the spaceport for whatever planet you're on, and then fly your ship to Fleet.
Or you can just hit U, hit the Travel button for any Stronghold you own (or Guild Stronghold or Guild Flagship, if applicable) and then "exit to fleet".
You can also get an Appearance Modfiication Station decoration for your own stronghold, so you can just go to your SH (or your guild SH or Flagship) change appearnce, then "return" back to wherever you were, without needing to go to Fleet.
If you're in Chapter 2 (or pretty much any other) of KotFE, just hit ESC while in a cutscene to exit the chapter. Most times, expecially in the early chapters (before Chapter X) this will actually put you on the Fleet. So you can go to the Appearance Designer, then just hit the "Play" button for the chapter to get back into it. If you're in an instanced area, use the "exit area" button on your minimap to leave the instance. And from there, (or most anywhere else while playing FE) use your Fleet pass or whatever other method above you prefer, to get to an Appearance Modification Station.

zipper2 Видимо это потому что у тебя нет сохранки в игре Ну или. ..ээ. баг какой-то
Это редактор главного героя и его подопечных просто выбираеш сохранение и меняеш характеристики которые нужны тебе и еше можно добавить в рюкзак гг любой предмет из игры а так же можешь удалить не нужный.

Изменение внешности персонажа в Обновлении 2.1
Система для изменения внешности называется Designer Kiosk выбрать новые причёску, цвет волос шрамы, татуировки расу. рас появятся также совершенно новые причёски волос. обещают новые опции основе.
Изменение внешности персонажа будет возможно только Coins, однако для подписчиков предусмотрены вплоть до 50% опции.
Если изменить расу своего персонажа то достаточно будет произвести одноразовый платёж. Изменять внешность будет довольно это делается по принципу, что создании персонажа. Когда сменить расу, то сможете осмотреть все, которые предлагаются вам «поиграть» ими перед тем, как принять решение.
Киоски будут располагаться и обеих фракций. Работа похожа игры при создании персонажа: полноразмерный портрет своего героя приближать, поворачивать
Разработчики говорят что изменить можно будет практически любой параметр однако пока ничего про выбор телосложения.
Также появятся красители, которых можно будет изменить цвет всей брони или отдельных Окраске подлежат два цвета: первичный (основной) (например, Havoc Squad белый является основным, вторичным. Красители будут представлены вариантах: только для окрашивания основного цвета, только для окрашивания второстепенного наборы цветами. Красители являются одноразовыми предметами, то есть, окрасить вещь каждым можно только
Красители появятся Маркете как самостоятельные предметы, так и новых наборов контрабандных пакетов что последует Некоторые красители можно будет изготавливать ремесленным способом (детали пока Некоторые уникальные красители будут доступны только ключей безопасности изданий (Security key Edition vendors).
Окрашивание брони производится посредством панели модификаций: краситель помещается слот точно как сейчас это делается для остальных модификаций. будет доступен предварительный просмотр
Приведение окраски всей брони нагрудника будет всё покрасить нагрудник данный цвет аутфиту.
Некоторые вещи вся броня ниже 15-го уровня имеющие зелёный цвет (кроме крафтовых). Также нельзя будет окрасить одежду, которая должна сохранять свою аутентичность исторического например, костюм

In game, you will be seen by your character name primarily.
The Legacy Name being mentioned can be optionally displayed when you have multiple characters on a server, and shows up like a last name. Your character names can have a space, though. So you could show up as "Firstname Lastname Legacy" in game, if you wanted.
