yes i've finally noticed for the difficulty level but didn't knew for the completion %,
but it seams this will take quite some time to get really better loot,

i'm just starting insanity+2, i've tried +3 but. i've been abused so hard OO'

Above Insanity 1 you have to abuse Shadow Fury and Hand of Reincarnation. I've played the whole game in Insanity 1 until 100% completion. Then picked Heisenberg 3 and farmed Karma to get to level 131 needed for insanity 7.

Focus on Shadow Fury duration + damage bonus. Put dual weild, Explosive Ammo, Explosive Ammo and Rate of Fire + Ammo Save on Jigoku (handgun) for massive Fury gain per shot.

Hand of Reicarnation gem combined with maxed Second Change insta-revive you as long as you are able to kill an enemy, meaning you're almost indestructible.

Oh that's mostly my setup now (actually lvl78) ! just i don't have a good dual weilding gem for jigoku but i'll dig this for sure !

My main build is focus on melee damage/critical damage and Shadow Fury duration/damage bonus, +jigoku upgraded at the maximum !

Still need to be optimised because i'm not immortal yet ^^

Well, there's more builds than just shadow fury and invisibility. Don't underestimate grip of darkness with a dominator amulet. You can lock down the whole area around you, indefinitely.

You can also just do a high damage resist, about 90% and about a 10% life steal build and survive just fine without using any powers.

If you want to have a comically fun time, build the Ryuken with near 100% critical chance, jump into a horde of enemies and just watch them keep falling flat on their butts.

It's also fun to use the Lumberjack's Caress with decent damage and life steal and just chop everything up.

Or sometimes I'll switch to a kiting strategy, usually for trials, and just use high damage range weapons like gauss, grenade and rocket launcher and just picking things off while keeping a good distance.

When I want to play around with weaker weapons, then I'll build for healing power, increase heal, reduce heal cast time and cost. You can heal over 100 health in less than a second.

If you want to get silly, then build the Marvin with near 100% critical chance, Forbidden Fruit amulet and turn things into rabbits. The downfall is though, you won't get drops.

I'm still determined to make a Money Bundle build to get more zillyen, but I just can't get it's damage high enough.
