Создатели игры начали выкладывают свежую информацию и нововведения по игре в свой Twitter. На этот раз был представлен эксклюзивный револьвер, который предназначен для пустынной карты. Данное оружие называется R45, образцом для которого стал итальянский Chiappa Rhino. Ружьё создается для нескольких разновидностей патронов, однако в игре оно будет служить заменой револьверу R1985 и будет использовать патроны 45 ACP. В противовес подобному ружью с Erangel на этом револьвере невозможно поставить глушитель, но можно будет установить red dot для более точной стрельбы. В свою очередь важным различием является факт того, что перезарядка происходит сразу. То есть не придется заряжать по одному патрону, а все будет заряжаться за раз, что и ставит револьвер рядом с остальными.
Все это звучит весьма впечатляюще, если учитывать то, что R1985 нужен был всего лишь для того, чтобы попасть в хайлайты от dearsomeone.
Револьвер R45 — еще один эксклюзив для пустынной карты в PUBG [обновлено]
Спустя сутки после официального анонса карты Мирамир в Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds компания Nvidia опубликовала в Twitter очередной эксклюзив. Речь идет о револьвере R45, который заменит аналогичный барабанный огнестрел.
На карте Мирамир он заменит R1895 с калибром .45 AСР. Вместе с ним приходят отличия — в R45 можно вставить сразу 6 патронов, что ускорит процесс перезарядки, но револьвер останется без возможности прикрепить глушитель.
R45 будет добавлен на тестовый сервер вместе с двуствольным дробовиком, винчестером 94 года и пикапом на 2 или 4 человека. Выход обновления 1.0 ожидается после второй недели декабря.
[Обновление от 7 декабря] В официальном Twitter-аккаунте разработчиков был представлен гидроцикл Aquarail, который будет доступен на обеих картах игры.

The latest weapon available in Battlegrounds Care Packages is the fast firing MG3 Light Machine Gun. With two different rates of fire, a bipod for stability, tracer rounds to help you keep track of your spray, and increased weapon damage to vehicles, theres a new reason to fight over the big red box.
- Spawns in Care Packages on all maps, in Normal Matches only.
- Not currently available in Ranked Matches.
- Tracer rounds can only be seen by the shooter.

The MG3 is an exclusive Air Drop weapon. It features two firing modes, the default that will fire at 660 round per minute (great for long range fights) or when toggled the weapon the fire at 990 round per minute (great for close-quarters combat). The MG3 comes standard with a bi-pod and with the toggled 990 round per minute setting, it's a great way to stop people crossing bridges.

The R45 a pistol type weapon exclusive to Miramar, replacing the R1895 on that map in BATTLEGROUNDS.
The Rhino 60DS (simply called the R45 in-game) is a sturdy, innovative 6-shooter from Italy, firing powerful .45 caliber cartridges. Like the R1895 it replaces, it is much more powerful per shot than any other handgun but has a relatively small ammunition capacity and a somewhat average rate of fire.
This weapon was introduced in the Test Server PC 1.0 update.
Update history
Now, you can shoot more accurately while moving
- Decreased movement deviation multiplier: 1.7 → 1.4
- Increased min reference velocity for movement deviation (speed at or below which movement deviation is not applied): 160 → 250
- Increased damage: 55 → 65
- Added a new handgun, the R45.
- Miramar exclusive.
- R45 will be spawned in world.
- It uses .45 ammo and 6 bullets can be loaded. Red dot sight can be attached.
- It has high accuracy and faster reload speed than R1895.
Summary
A powerful revolver that can be seen as Miramar's version of the R1895, it has one less round than the R1895, but reloads with a speedloader instead of loading individual rounds, greatly reducing reload time. It also uses the common .45 Ammo instead of 7.62mm rounds. Like the R1895, it can only accept one type of attachment, but instead of a suppressor it can only mount a red dot sight instead, allowing for a clearer sight picture, although the existing sights are relatively clear compared to the R1895.
Damage will continually decrease for as long as the bullet remains in flight.
