Paradox crash reporter hearts of iron 4 что делать

Всем привет!
При запуске HOI 4 версии 1.9.х. вылетает Paradox Crash Reporter и игра просто напросто крашится. При всём при этом, версия 1.8.1 отлично работает и запускается.
P.S. Игра крашится что на лицензии, что на пиратке
У этой игры высокие требования к оперативки. Возможно, один из слотов памяти битый.
Играл на ноутбуке с оперативкой в 4 гига, не в этом дело, явно
Партагеноссе старина Мюллер Просветленный (47198) Данила Писарев, значит, просто нехватка оперативки. 4 гига это минимум, а если система 64 бита, то у тебя вообще всего 2 гига для игры остаётся, в лучшем случае. Расширяй оперативки до 8 хотя бы.

Не запускалась пока не задрочил файл "imperator_win_console", после аваст соизволил дать уведомления о том что он не дает игре изменить какой-то файл в моих документах, когда дал разрешение все заработало.

Согласен, правда в этот раз аваст закосил под партизана притом что после первой установки я потерпел фиаско и решил переустановить это творчество параходов с отключенным антивирусом и также запустил, но снова краш.

First, i want to apologize for my english. I have some issue when i launch Europa Universalis IV. I can listen to the music in the background but i receive immediately a "paradox crash reporter" when i want to launch the game. The screen becomes black with the music but i receive then an crash reporter. I have tried a clean reinstall, to start with the window option, reinstall steam, but its always the same problem. I think it's not a problem that involve steam because I can launch other games without any issues. I have send a screen from the dxdiag.txt.

In the game launcher please set Display mode to Borderless.

Install ALL these Microsoft modules:
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 RC from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) from Official Microsoft Download Center
(run dxsetup.exe after extracting from this download)
Add EU4.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
Also if you have installed RivaTuner, RadeonPro, or a gaming VPN app called Evolve, or the MSI Gaming App, or Duet, disable it as it clashes with this game.
IF IT USED TO WORK:
Please do a full **clean** re-install:
- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-EU4
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/EU4 AND Documents/Paradox/EU4 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add EU4.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test
In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam EU4 or Documents EU4 locations, before installing again.
Also if you have installed RivaTuner, RadeonPro, or a gaming VPN app called Evolve, or the MSI Gaming App, or Duet, disable it as it clashes with this game.
IF NEITHER OF THOSE HELP:
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
Please attach your Documents/Paradox/EU4/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/EU4/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log .

Together for Victory: Crash to desktop
If you experience an issue where the game continuously crashes to desktop when you try and launch it please do the following:
- Close Steam
- Navigate to My Documents > Paradox Interactive > Hearts of Iron 4
- Delete the "map" and "sharedcache" folder
- Disable any outdated mods
- Restart Steam and launch the game
If this doesn't work please follow the same procedure as above but delete the entire Hearts of Iron 4 folder and try again.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Backup your savegame folder if you wish to keep your save games!
