Metrolog X4 соединяется с большинством ручных измерительных машин и мобильных систем без необходимости замены или модернизации электроники. Адаптация к различным конфигурациям, от руки до трекера, включая системы из нескольких станций (опция). Количество станций в системе не ограничено. Интерфейсы для всех систем измерения, включая контактные щупы, лазерные щупы, лазерные сканеры и трекеры и др.
Metrolog X4 содержит расширенные графические библиотеки, совместимые с большинством CAD форматов: IGES, VDA, SET, UNISURF, CATIA, ProE, UG и др. Из некоторых форматов Metrolog X4 может экспортировать информацию GD&T (Размеры и Допуска) напрямую.

High speed acquisition
The i-Robot measuring system is based on a high speed acquisition laser scanner or a touch probe attached to a multi-axis robot wrist. The robot, of any type or brand, without specific accuracy, behaves as a simple tool holder.
The measuring accuracy is provided, either by a separate tracking camera following the laser sensor box equipped with positioning LEDs, or by a laser tracker system.
The main applications can be found in the automotive, aerospace and their sub-contractors, for the in-line manufacturing metrology control.
