It should be in your Application Support folder. Be aware that there are two Application Support folders, one for the system, one for the user. You want the user.
Best way to get it is to go to Finder, then from the menu at the top of the screen select "Go" > "Go to folder", and then type:
/Library
That will take you to the user library, and the Application Support folder there will have KOTOR saves. (Typing the above without the "
" will take you to the system Library, which may be why you aren't seeing your files).
I realize this is an old thread, but I thought I'd put it here for any other users with the same problem.

3 Финальные битвы с боссом в этом архиве находятся. Если лень доходить до туда Вам, то это сохранение для Вас.
Что бы победить трёх боссов, нужно Вам поместить в папку Saves содержимое архива (кроме RUS).
Что бы не возникло с предметов в инвентаре названием проблем, желательно руссификатор из папки RUS установить.
Ну в ресторэйшн проджекте финальные битвы изменены, потом думаю что они будут получше официальной версии.
Может я чего-то не понимаю но какой смысл в том чтоб запустить игру только ради убийства трех боссов.
Сергей Бувака Знаешь, на некоторых ПК были багги в этой игре, и я своими глазами это видел и более того сам то и был жертвой баггов. Например: если проходилигру, топл помнишь бойна планете Нар Шаддаа с джедаем по имени Зез Кай Ел? Ну так вот как минимум у меня там был глюк, из-за которого игру пройти было невозможно. Вместо диалого ничего не было и я оставался в той комнате навсегда. Приходилось загружать предыдущий Сейв на ноуте, а затем скидывать снована ПК. И я уверен что не только у меня были багги в игре. А некоторым может хочется сразится с боссами в конце игры. Или может кому лень проходить. Или давно проходили, а игру нельзя быстро пройти, а с боссами хочется подраться.

The saves should be on your hard drive -
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/Knights of the Old Republic II/saves
There should be a folder for the autosave and one for each savegame.
Open file explorer on your laptop and go to the path I gave above. Right click on the saves folder for your current playthrough (to identify this if you have saves from more than one playthrough just make a save in that playthrough with a unique name and then go find it). Click copy or cut. Copy is safer, you just have to go back and delete the saves on your laptop if you no longer require them.
Go to the location you want to move the files to (easiest way to transfer files is a memory stick I find) and right click where you want to put them. Click paste.
Move the memory stick to your pc and repeat the process to transfer the saves to the correct location on your pc's hard drive.

Well, now I want to know where are located the saved files in the Linux version, because Steam Cloud is syncing another version instead of the main game I have in another computer.
I can continue the main game of my computer, but I don't want to remove KOTOR II because I think I will lose the data, that they are not syncing.
The version of my main game don't take the synced version of the other computer.
31 июл. 2015 в 11:03I had the same problem, my saves where in:
/.local/share/aspyr-media/kotor2/saves
instead of the Steam cloud sync folder. I moved them to
<path to Steam>/SteamApps/common/Knights of the Old Republic II/cloudsaves/111111
and now its working fine.
No Idea why they where in the wrong folder, I tested on another computer they where put into the (correct) cloud folder form the start.
