Quests are one of the most crucial parts of YBA, when it comes to leveling up and getting more Skill Points. You can do a quest by talking to NPCs and they will give you an objective or task to do. Most of the Quests are redirected from the Storyline. There are even quests which aid you on obtaining Stands and items.

Brad is located in the alleyway near Narancia and sells you the Bat for $150. This weapon is Spec-neutral, meaning it doesn't need a Speciality to be purchased, neither does it disappear after you die. Note that the Bat replaces the Boxing Gloves or Pluck if you have them in your inventory.

Brad: You look you could use a weapon.
Player: Like what? (Continue) - No thanks. (Decline)
Brad: Like a bat. How about it for $150?

ShiftPlox The Travelling Merchant

ShiftPlox the Travelling Merchant is one of the most important NPCs in the game. He is located near the road that goes to the Naples Train Station. ShiftPlox will buy items off of you in exchange for money. He will buy Gold Coins ($120), Diamonds ($500), Stand Arrows ($200), Rokakakas ($600), Pure Rokakakas ($1,500), Rib Cage of the Saint's Corpse ($1,200), and Steel Balls and Stone Masks ($1,000). Speciality items (Boxing Gloves, Pluck,) the Bat and Blood Bottles are unsellable.

When selling an item, e.g. diamond, you can now choose to sell all of that type of item in your inventory.

Mini-trivia: In older versions of the game, instead of ShiftPlox, the merchant was named SaintTale.

Matheus

Matheus is located on the street opposite of ShiftPlox and close to the Outskirts of Naples City, he will reset only your Speciality and Skill points for 3 diamonds and $5,000.

Jedediah is a hard to find NPC, somewhere in the City Outskirts (near the corner turn facing the train station opening), he will sell you the Mysterious Bow for $500, it can be used to shoot Mysterious Arrows into another player either turning them to stone or giving them a Stand.

Jedediah: Greetings. One question, I have stacks of random bows that my father used to make for a living.
Player: Uh. ok? And? (Continue) - That wasn't a question. (Decline)
Jedediah: Would you like to buy one for $500? You still would need an arrow for it to be functional though.
Player: It's a deal. (Buy) - Nevermind. (Decline)
Jedediah: Oh?

Fang, the Negotiator

Fang is located near the Alpha Thugs and Quinton, he will sell you a random Cosmetic for $10,000 every 12 hours. He and Greed are essentially the replacement for getting 2 Cosmetics in Casual SBR.

Fang: I like to do business. Do you?
Player: Yes. (Continue) - Bye. (Decline)
Fang: Well. I can sell ya a random cosmetic for a hefty price of $10,000
Player: deal! (buy cosmetic) Bye. (Decline)

Greed, The Shadow of Fang

Greed is located next to Fang and, like Fang, will sell the player a Cosmetic. However instead of paying with in-game money, you will need to pay 49 Robux to be able to gain a random Cosmetic. Unlike Fang, Greed has no cooldown on his services.

Greed: Gambling is very addicting. Don't you agree?
Player: Yes. (Continue) - Bye. (Decline)
Greed: I still have some valuable cosmetics in my possession. would you like to buy a random one with. robux.

Isabelle is located near the Pannacotta Fugo NPC. She will let you to buy a Requiem Arrow for $7,500 and Mysterious Arrow in exchange. To have this NPC sell you the Requiem Arrow, you need to take Prestige Master Will's quest, and win the Steel Ball Run gamemode.

Isabelle: Hi?
Player: Hey! Will sent me to you. (Continue) - Bye. (Decline)
Isabelle: Ah, for this wacky arrow?

"Yes, I believe so. He said you had the mystical arrow for me."
"Heh. I was kidding about it being wacky. I don't think you have what it takes to withstand the arrow's true power."

Jesus

Jesus spawns in various locations around the map, including the end of the train tunnel, the toll box next to Giorno, Eli's Pizzeria, The Boss' Cafe, and next to Bucciarati at the Diavolo's Castle. He can upgrade Tusk (Act 2) into Tusk Tusk (Act 3).

Uzurashi is the trainer for Sword-Style, located on top of the buildings near the Mountains where the Thugs are. This Speciality can be bought for $10,000 and he sells the Pluck, which can be bought for $350.

Elder Vampire Roomy

Elder Vampire Roomy (ZaRoomy, a contributor) is the trainer for Vampirism which costs $10,000 and requires the player to use the Stone Mask to turn into a Vampire. There is no weapon with this speciality and he is located in The Vampire Bar inside the Sewers, along with Alex The Bartender.

Jonathan Joestar

Jonathan Joestar is the teacher for Hamon and is located in the top-left corner of the Mountain range, on a platform in the Naples Train Station. It costs $15,000 to buy Hamon and there is no weapon with this Speciality. If you talk to him as a Vampire, he will kill you. This NPC has been renamed to "Jonathan Joemama" in order to avoid copyright issues.

Gyro Zeppeli

Gyro Zeppeli is the teacher for the Spin Speciality and is located at the end of the Steel Ball Run race. You require a Steel Ball in your inventory and $10000 in order to unlock the spec.

Prestige Master Will

Prestige Master Will is the NPC that helps the player to reach new heights by allowing them to Prestige. This allows the player to go past Level 35 while resetting their level and skill points. It costs $5000 to Prestige, the max Prestige level being 3.

Pucci

To talk with Pucci you must to be Level 40+ and have DIO's Diary (if you don't know how to reach Level 40 go to this page.) If you talk with him, he will give you a series of quests. After completing all of the quests and talking to him, he will give you the Green Baby, which is used to evolve Whitesnake to C-Moon via it merging with the baby. Worthiness V is required for this. Pucci is an ally of the player and a friend to DIO.

Pucci has 2 versions of Quests, The Heaven's Plan and the Green Baby Quest.
The Heaven's Plan is the final Version of Pucci's Quest. You will need C-Moon in order to do this quest.
1. Befriend JOE and help him with his "problems" and obtain DEO's Bone.
2. Defeat Joe Kujoe and obtain his "disc." Rewards: +$300 +0EXP +Chance for Joe's Disc.
3. Go to The Tallest Peak (and summon C-Moon) Rewards: +$0 +0EXP +Rico Pushie's Hair
