Diavolo is the final boss of the Your Bizarre Adventure storyline. He possesses a buffed King Crimson with Raging Demon as an epitaph counter. This guide will teach you how to beat him with stands, and his attack patterns.
Notes About Diavolo:
- If you barrage in his Epitaph, he will teleport behind you and perform Raging Demon, which is KCR's counter.
- After every 4 M1s, he performs a Chop followed by a few more M1s and then a finisher, which you can perfect block and find an opening.
- If you start off by barraging him, he will barrage back.
- He does not have access to Impale or Time Erase.
- He wont barrage as long as you don't use a heavy attack on him. Use this to your advantage. When you want to fight him, a great way to start off a combo is to use M1 (click) and use stand barrage finisher as fast as you can. (He will barrage then get his barrage canceled, starting a combo for you.)
- Every 7 seconds he teleports behind you.
- Every 2 teleports he activates Epitaph.
- Hold block for his LMB x4 - Chop - LMB x 4 - Stand barrage finisher. Parry the stand barrage finisher for a free combo
- Do not attack Diavolo when he glows red. This is because he has epitaph active, and if you attack him during that duration he will teleport behind you while using Raging Demon, which deals a lot of damage even with max vitality. Only hold block (or use any other sort of non attacking move such as healing or charging hamon) while this is active.
Ladder Trick
The Ladder Trick is where you climb onto the ladder near Diavolo and repeatedly fire projectiles at him until he dies (or go down to barrage/fight him a little bit [WHILE HE'S NOT USING EPITAPH]). Hold block as he'll try to knock you off the ladder by teleporting and punching you.
Star Platinum
You have to fight this boss head on, so as long as you don't get caught in his Epitaph and block his attacks, you'll be able to defeat him. Parrying his moves will also help.
The World/TWAU
Climb up onto a ladder, where you can throw knives at Diavolo and he can only land 1 M1 punch on you every 7 seconds. TWAU can do the same, so this can also work for TWAU. As stated before, guns won't work, so don't bother.
Gold Experience
Begin your attack using eagle and frog before transitioning into a barrage, then use your beatdown. Remember to block his Chop combo, and parry his finisher punch.
An alternative way to kill Diavolo with Golden Experience is to climb onto the ladder until your feet are on the opposite side of the ladder to the ground where Diavolo spawns and start to spam Eagles when his epitaph is on cooldown. Golden Experience needs ground to summon Eagles and the ground in front of allows that to happen, meanwhile Diavolo is at the bottom of the ladder and unable to do much damage.
King Crimson
Start with impale so the barrage wont do any damage, then barrage so his epitaph cant be used. once he used it, use Epitaph while he's using Epitaph, then punch him- this will cause him to Chop you, which will activate your Epitaph.
The Hand
The Hand is mainly known for its Erasures, with Primary Erasure dealing more damage so you could start with that. Second Erasure takes more time to connect to the opponent. Overall, The Hand is limited combat wise, so only attack after Perfect Blocking with Erasures to guarantee damage while being safe from damage. Its barrage can hold out in a barrage clash, but King Crimson's deals more damage. You might want to go with your Spec of choice against Diavolo, due to how over dependent the Hand is with its erasures.
Six Pistols
Use the ladder trick as explained above, if you time everything correctly you can defeat Diavolo without taking much damage at all.
Whitesnake
Take advantage of Whitesnake's Pilot ability and use Stand Disc to stall his teleport and Epitaph. Use your Acidic Spew to deal extra poison damage. Following this, use all of your remaining moves except for Barrage. When the Cooldown for Spirit Disc is near 20-25%, barrage him. Once the barrage is over, you can steal his Stand again and repeat.
C-Moon
Stay on the ladder, and, using Pilot Mode, use Uppercut to the Moon on Diavolo, and barrage him once he lands. Repeat until he's dead.
Hermit Purple
Use the ladder trick, and repeatedly use Vine Grab. Having 4+ regeneration is recommended for this, as if you have any less, his attacks will drain you faster then you can drain him.
Tusk Act 4
Start him off with a Barrage finisher, then run up to him and start using Barrage. After that hit him with a few M1's and hold block for about 7-10 seconds. After this you will want to use your Barrage again, and then use your Nail gun move. After this hold block incase he uses his special ability, then after that use your beatdown. After your beatdown continue to spam M1's and barrages, then after that he should be dead. DO NOT TRY TO HEAL WHILE FIGHTING DIAVOLO, HE WILL COUNTER IT.
D4C/ D4C:LT
Start with a Barrage finisher so he cannot move. next, get close to him and use dimension hop and exit your dimension by pressing Z. Diavolo is trapped in this dimension and you can use dimension hop to get there and do any combos or moves you want. and if you're low, you can exit the dimension to heal yourself.
Aerosmith
Stand on the truss ladder and pilot. Then use Vola Barrage and propeller charge. After this, block until Diavolo's epitaph is over. DO NOT use Vola Barrage when he has epitaph on, or you will take a lot of unnecessary damage if raging demon is activated. If needed, pose on the truss ladder, but make sure to only pose after Diavolo uses time skip.
if you do get knocked off, block and slowly go on to the ladder.
Killer Queen/KQ:BTD
Use the ladder technique and sheer heart attack. Block while not using it and wait until epitaph is over before using it again. You can also throw in an occasional coin bomb but be careful as if you do and it misses, there is a slight chance it could activate epitaph. This works best with max sturdiness, hamon charge up, and max destructive power.
Silver Chariot / SCR
Start with a Barrage Finisher to knock him down. Then hit him with a Stand Barrage and a Million Pricks. Block straight after to negate his barrage. Repeat until you win. For Requiem start the exact same then hit him with a Stand Barrage, hit him with Arrow Barrage and then straight after block. Repeat until you win.
Other Info
The Castle is also a place where Jesus can spawn. When Jesus spawns, he will be waiting for you; sitting on the bench next to Bruno.
Diavolo's Castle
The Castle is where the Boss, Diavolo, is located. Diavolo stands on top of the castle next to Giorno who gives you the Quest to defeat him.
Diavolo battling on the Castle
The Castle is located behind the Leone Abbacchio (NPC). When you approach the castle, you will first see Bruno Bucciarati, and talking to him will tell you to go up the castle and assist Giorno in defeating the Boss. Also there is another NPC that you can talk to, Which is Pucci. Talking to Pucci (while having a diary and being lvl 40+) will make you do a series of quest and by finishing the quest he will give you a Green Baby.
The castle is modeled after the Prison in Part 5; Vento Aureo, with differences such as color (A tan color in the game, black/silver in the Anime). It has features such as ladders to help the user climb to the top more easily. At the top of the castle is flat, with 2 NPC's (Giorno & Diavolo) and a second platform that is also flat.
Trivia
- The castle's model was used back in the old days of YBA, but was blocked off with an invisible wall for later use.
- The castle was then finally unlocked when the story-line was completed, with a new Giorno and Diavolo quest NPC's.
- There is a place within the slots on the front of castle that lets pilot stands freely attack Diavolo without fear of him using time skip to you.
- The castle was based on Castel dell'Ovo, a real castle in Naples.

У него есть порядок атак, барадж, чоп, эпитафия, сильный удар не помню когда, с этими знаниями его легко убить
