UPD1. B Assassin’s Creed Origins все работает топ, а в этой части нет.
UPD2. Пишу для тех у кого такая же проблема, решение я искал 2 дня и даже писал в ТП иии. Ничего сделать нельзя.
Просто помучайтесь в таком разрешении и пройдите если хотите эту часть, она на часов 5-6 максимум (сразу говорю часть параша. В сравнении с на мой взгляд отличной юнити, она даже рядом не стоит!) Лучше поиграйте в след часть! И не играйте в эту, в этой части фемка
Изменение расширения экрана!
C:\Users\имя пользователя\Documents\Assassin's Creed Syndicate\AC.ini ищи строки: DisplayWidth=0 DisplayHeight=0 (вместо 0 может стоять другое число) и вписывай свое разрешение примерно так: DisplayWidth=1024 DisplayHeight=768 или 640 как тебе надо, может поможет
Народ! Подскажите! У меня на весь экран картинка сплющена, а когда запускаешь в окне, то нормально. Разрешение свое поставил. Драйвера последние.

I only see the top 1/4 or less of the screen. Windowed mode shows the whole screen but there's a performance hit and diagonal lines occasionally on the screen. The game runs well enough other than that. Hopefully a quick patch or graphics driver update will fix it
Edit: Before anybody goes on a rant about me not owning the game or playing a bootleg yes, I know there's no mouse icon. I got the game through Uplay for buying an SSD off of Amazon. Ubisoft support keeps logging me out which is why I'm here.

Unfortunately, this is not a fix. This is simply putting it in the "Fullscreen Borderless" state, as mentioned by the OP. This will significantly reduce the fps.
If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say it had something to do with 4K resolution monitors. Many older programs have trouble scaling with those, so maybe VC Redistributable 2012 is the problem?
Seriously though, come on Ubisoft. This game was released in 2015. I'd expect not to be having this issue in 2017.
