What happened with the author while working on Ch 6?

The game was fine, then all of a sudden we have a Romanian who has developed White Guilt, "Nazis" mentioned on every other page, "Militias," etc. I almost threw up against my monitor. Then we have an almost-concentration camp in plain sight (screw GPS and satelites) and then cheap/slave labor while millions of unemployed. Would you stick to vampire stuff and avoid things that sound phantasmagoric.

Idea for next time

For the next book, to make it a little better, for every (or just some) spell, or car, or character, a little B-movie clip. Like morphing into Set for the Ministry, showing a clip of the car you own, showing gothic-style buildings. Just small, 5 second clips. Or more drawings of that stuff.

Was playing and i press a button then just white screen. i restart the game now just top menu buttons and the rest is white. What is going on?

Go to any Haven and receive an email from Beckett asking for assistance.

Detailed

After receiving the email from Beckett, go to the Santa Monica Smoke Shop to meet with Scott. Upon arriving, find a note left by him at the far end of the shop. Leave and head to the Coffee Shop next to Gallery Noir. Check Scott's laptop in the back room for the next clue. Leave and head to the Santa Monica Pier. At the far end of the pier, find another note left by Scott. Now, travel downtown.

After arriving in Downtown, delve into the sewers and locate the library entrance next to Sewer entrance E. You'll find yourself in the library basement. Power the elevator using Vacuum Tubes located in the main room and flick the switch. Head up the elevator to the library proper.

Here, sneak past the guards and locate the library card in the room left of the last main hall on the desk. Take the library card to the room on the opposite side of the main hall and find a computer in the back room. Insert the card and "unlock" an entrance using the computer. Note a small symbol/painting on the ground next to you, head back to the previous art room and find the painting identical to it, activating it opens the secret entrance in the computer room.

Head down the secret tunnel and find a Sabbat ritual taking place; intervene and kill the hostile Lasombra . 2 EXP

О: Чаще всего данная ошибка возникает из-за наличия кириллицы (русских букв) в одном из путей, по которым игра хранит свои файлы. Это может быть имя пользователя или сама папка в которой находится игра. Решением будет установка игры в другую папку, название которой написано английскими буквами или смена имени пользователя.

Ошибка 0xc0000906.


О: Данная ошибка связана с блокировкой одного или нескольких файлов игры антивирусом или “Защитником Windows”. Для её устранения необходимо добавить всю папку игры в исключени. Для каждого антивируса эта процедура индивидуально и следует обратиться к его справочной системе. Стоит отметить, что вы делаете это на свой страх и риск. Все мы любим репаки, но если вас часто мучает данная ошибка — стоит задуматься о покупке игр. Пусть даже и по скидкам, о которых можно узнать из новостей на нашем сайте.

О: Ошибка возникает в случае отсутствия на компьютере корректной версии пакета Microsoft Visual C++, в который и входит msvcp 140.dll (и подобные ему). Решением будет установка нужной версии пакета.

  • Нажимаем на Windows + R;

О: Все ошибки начинающиеся с индекса 0xc0000009 (например 0xc0000009a, где на месте “а” может находиться любая буква или цифра) можно отнести к одному семейству. Подобные ошибки являются следствием проблем с оперативной памятью или файлом подкачки.


  • Клик правой кнопкой на значку компьютера, а далее: "Дополнительные параметры системы" - "Дополнительно" - "Быстродействие" - "Дополнительно" - "Виртуальная память" - "Изменить".
  • Выбираем один диск, задаем одинаковый размер.
  • Перезагружаемся.



Размер файла подкачки должен быть кратен 1024. Объём зависит от свободного места на выбранном локальном диске. Рекомендуем установить его равным объему ОЗУ.
Если ошибка 0xc0000009а сохранилась, необходимо проверить вашу оперативную память. Для этого нужно воспользоваться функциями таких программ как MemTest86, Acronis, Everest.

Проверьте стабильность подключения к интернету, а также скорость загрузки. При слишком высоком пинге или низкой пропускной способности обновление может выдавать ошибки.

Запустите проверку целостности данных игры.

Проверьте наличие свободного места на том диске, на котором установлена игра, а также на диске с операционной системой. И в том и в другом случае должно быть свободно места не меньше, чем занимает игра на текущий момент. В идеале всегда иметь запас около 100Гб.
