I use a translator that reported the problem poorly. Stuck is not a character, the passage itself is impossible because of the platform, climb up does not work

Thank you for providing the video. Just to confirm, you're unable to use your powers to lower both ends of the platform, and walk straight across to where the metal ladder is on the right-hand side? Or unable to use your powers to fly to the other platform?

Do you mean to say that, on a second playthrough of the game, you have not encountered this issue, and have been able to proceed as normal? If so, that is great news, and I'm glad to hear that you have been able to proceed.
