I know it's early in the piece but has anyone figured out how to unlock the Sith Artifact?
No combination of tablets i try seems to work
It's pretty vague and complicated, so here's the rundown. Loot the body near the artifact first to get the medallion and six of the seven tablets. Go towards the back of the cave and you should get a message about something watching you. Wave the medallion around and defeat the stoneray that attacks you. Loot it to get the gem, then go into Mission Items and use the gem to put it back in the medallion. Then go outside the cave and west until you reach an altar with an object on it called Relic Keeper's. something. I don't quite remember, but interact with it and a Massassi Relic Keeper should attack you. Loot it to get the Tablet of Victory, then go back to the artifact and put the tablets in this order: Passion, Strength, Power, Victory, Broken Chains (the Sith code, pretty much). It happened to me when I changed to another PVE instance because the artifact spot were so overcrowded that I couldn't click it. Did the puzzle right, but when I entered the chamber there wasn't any dashade and the mission objective didn't update. Exiting and reentering the chamber didn't solved the problem.
I abandoned the mission and started from scratch, staying on the same PVE instance as before. Now the coffret inside the scientist tent couldn't be clicked, making impossible to proceed. Then I returned to the first PVE instance I was when I started at the beginning and finally could complete the mission.
So it seems the mission bugs on some planetary instances and maybe will be fixed when the chapter XII goes live for everyone.

In the newly appeared toolbar you will have the sith medallion available. Activate it in the spot, shown in the screenshot to summon a monster. Kill the monster and loot the Crystal. Open your inventory and click to add it to the medallion
Go back outside the cave and turn left. You will notice a “box” sitting on a pedestal. Click it, defeat the Massassi and loot the Tablet of Victory
Go back into the cave and click on the Artifact
Following the Sith Code, you have to insert the tablets in this order:
After placing the tablets, touch the Artefact with the medallion and you will be teleported into the Hidden Hollow. There you will find a Dashade named Ak’ghal Usar. It may look like Khem Val, but no. If it was released on 1st April, it could have passed for a nice SWTOR April Fool’s joke :)
You have an option to recruit him (Dark Side) or reject him (Light Side).
Is this quest bugged? I see some info that it is but most are old posts. I see other people here doing the quest.
I have inserted all the tablets in the correct order, then used the medallion, then it blows me up or something. After a short black screen I am standing a few feet away from the artifact. If I click the artifact again it instantly kills me and I rez back in the camp.
