Есть и герои, с которыми вообще связан один крайне неприятный казус - в оригинальной версии KoF сохранения присутствовали исключительно между миссиями, а смерть героя приводила к скоропостижному "рестарту". Не раз мне приходилось начинать миссию заново, потому что "не уберег". Учитывая, что жизни они не восстанавливают, а оживить их невозможно, приходится беречь их как зеницу ока, несмотря на всю боевую мощь (средний герой легко справляется с десятком юнитов).
Графика плоская, резолюция низкая, особыми эффектами не блещет. Картинка чем-то неуловимо схожа с Diablo 2, но, возможно, это лишь мои впечатления.

Seriously, how do you expect me to finish the game?!
Some campaigns are just TOO DAMN HARD. How can I even finish an unknown mission to gather exp to move to the next story mission that's giving me trouble - thanks to bugs and difficulty - when they're actually worse?! I'm getting ganked and losing crazy amounts of health in a matter of mere seconds! And I did a test with cheats, to see any changes, and even with a maxed out troop the risk of death is real! Crusaders was a much better game, imo. I beat it 3 times on the Xbox and once, here. No problems w.

Lore add-on in relation to Kingdom Under Fire Circle of Doom
This guide is like a link to Kingdom Under Fire 2. Because before Kingdom Under Fire Crusaders and Heroes there was KUF War Of Heroes. And the last game before KUF 2 was KUF Circle Of Doom. Since I doubt KUF Circle of Doom will ever make it here to Steam I.

Maybe it's just a bad port, but I'm fighting the control system. I can't get the ranged troops to attack anybody, and even with the melee units I half to try and trick them into attacking enemies, otherwise they'll just stand right next to them if I targeted them directly. I like the concept of directing squadrons and then engaging in direct combat, but it's just kind of tedious. Each squadron you encounter takes ten minutes to whittle through, which is why you want to find their leader and kill them right away. Problem is, they usually only have a few articles of clothing different from their troops, and are almost indistinguishable. It's like finding a needle in a haystack and where's Waldo at the same time because they use zebra camo tactics, so you spend the whole time running around randomly striking at the enemy hoping that you've found them. It isn't rewarding either, because there doesn't seem to be any reward bonus, and they play just like their minions. Only real difference is a health bar. I love the idea behind the game, but it's just a chore to move your troops more than a yard.
