Backstory

In the alternate universe where DIO has defeated Jotaro Kujo, he has completed his goal into achieving Heaven, making him Heaven Ascended DIO with The World Over Heaven. With its newfound abilities of Over Heaven itself, he now has the ability to enter any type of reality he wishes, but Heaven Ascended DIO himself decided to go to the universe where Jotaro defeats him

How to Obtain

To get The World Over Heaven, you will need to use DIO's Diary on The World in order to get The World Over Heaven. As for it's shiny, you will need to use Dio's Diary on The World OVA in order to get The World OVA Over Heaven.

Evolutions

There are three types of evolutions for this stand, here are the evolutions you can make with The World Over Heaven

- To get Dio's The World, you will need to use Dio's Skull on The World Over Heaven to get Dio's The World.

Dio's The World OVA (S Tier according to the Value Tier List)

- To get Dio's The World OVA, you will need to use Dio's Skull on The World OVA Over Heaven to get Dio's The World OVA.

- To get EVA-01, you will need to use Ornstein's Spear on The World Over Heaven to get EVA-01.

Skills

E - Heavenly MUDA Barrage

The World Over Heaven will punch the enemy multiple times at ultrasonic speed, the barrage for this stand is much faster compared to its original counterparts. This barrage deals 6 damage per hit to the enemy.

This barrage will last for 5 seconds and it has a 5 second cooldown.

R - Ascended WRYY Punch

The World Over Heaven will charge its right fist before releasing it with full force, this deals 45 damage while dealing a massive knockback to the enemy.

T - Reality Overwrite

The World Over Heaven will charges its fist before releasing it with full force just like the R Move ( Ascended WRYY Punch ), however it deals 90 damage and it creates a yellow mini explosion if it hits the enemy.

Y - Rewriting Heal

The World Over Heaven will punch the enemy. However, instead of damaging the enemy, it heals the enemy with an amount of 25-50 health which may depend on how much health does the user with The World Over Heaven have. Unlike Star Platinum : Over Heaven, it is an insta-heal but heals less.

B + Y - Self Restoration / Self Heal

This skill has a 30 second cooldown just like the Y Move ( Rewriting Heal )

F - Ascended Time Stop

Both the user and The World Over Heaven will do a timestop animation, freezing everyone at one spot, unable to move for 10 seconds, but it may depend on how much health does the user have. During the state of timestop, it is much easier to stack lots of damage to the enemy due to the long duration of timestop

H - Reality Shattering Pulse

The World Over Heaven will charges its fist and punching the ground at full force, releasing a heaven-like blast that damages enemies who are near it, dealing 50 damage while having a massive knockback of 10 units with a ragdoll that lasted for a short duration of time

V - Reality Breaking Knife

Pros and Cons

Pros

High Damage Output.
High Durability.
Good Combo Potential.
Has one of the best blocks in the entire game, blocking 90% of damage.
Can Heal others and Self-Heal.
Reality Breaking Knife deals 50 damage, which is a high amount of chip damage. It is the second strongest single-knife throw in the game.
Reality Shattering Pulse is a good combo starter due to the stun. It does 50 damage.
Reality Overwrite does godly damage, it demolishes a lot of HP.
Timestop is 10 seconds, you can stack up a lot of damage.
Reality Breaking Knife can be spammed in Time Stop.
Can bypass every counter in the game, including Love Train.

Cons

Vulnerable in Time Stop if you are not blocking.
Cooldowns are a bit high.
Not a lot of mobility.
Can die to a combo if you are not careful.
Time Stop can be canceled by Return to Zero.
Time Stop is useless if your opponent is in the air.
Reality Breaking Knife requires good aim. This is easily countered by dodging and blocking.
Struggles against faster stands such as Sonic/Sonic.exe.
Made In Heaven/Made on Hallow's Eve can shorten your Time Stop.
Most moves are predictable.

Battle Strategies

Projectile - The World: Over Heaven has a very good projectile that does 50 damage. Reality Breaking Knife bypasses every counter in the game. It is super effective against close-range stands/specs, such as Jotaro's Star Platinum/Jotaro's Star Platinum (OVA), Oni, and many more. You should use this move if you and your enemy are far away from each other. In Time Stop, Reality Breaking Knife has a 1 second cooldown, which is useful for more damage.

Combos - The World: Over Heaven doesn't have much combos, but they do a lot of damage. It easily wipes HP off if done correctly. For example: H + T + V

Using Time Stop - The World: Over Heaven has the longest time stop in the entire game, along with Star Platinum: Over Heaven/Star Platinum OVA Over Heaven and its shiny counterpart, The World: OVA Over Heaven. During this period, you can freely stack up to 400+ damage. Use this when your enemy least expects it. If your enemy knows what you are up to, Time Stop is a bit of a waste.

Blocking - The World: Over Heaven has one of the best blocks in the game, just right behind Soft and Wet/Shiny Soft and Wet. Blocking reduces about 90% of damage, the block is most likely an S tier. Make sure to always block, if you do, you'll have a pretty high chance of winning.

The World Over Heaven is an evolved form of DIO's Stand, The World. To get TWOH you need to use Dio's Diary while The World is equipped or complete the Special Quest of killing Ultimate DIO 150 times.

This stand belongs to Heaven Ascension DIO, who is the DIO of a universe where he defeated Jotaro and achieved heaven himself.

This stand can be enchanted up to 3 times, with its damage increasing by 5% each time with a max of 15%.

Abilities:

[Click] Basic Attack

Above average damage punches with high speed.

[Q] Lightning Muda (Level 30, 11 second recharge, 20 Stamina Cost)

TWOH does a high damage barrage that stuns enemies hit by the punches. Lightning strikes around the user while the barrage is happening, and does very high damage if it hits the enemy.

[E] Reality Punch (Level 60, 6 second recharge, 20 Stamina Cost)

TWOH does a strong punch dealing high damage, while also shooting a high damage lightning bolt to the nearest enemy. The punch can hit multiple enemies, but the lightning only can hit one.

[R] Teleport (Level 100, 3.5 second recharge, 60 Stamina Cost)

TWOH teleports the user to the location of the cursor.

[F] Time Stop (Level 110, 35 second recharge, 60 Stamina Cost)

TWOH stops time for 9 seconds, freezing everyone in its range except for allies, itself, and players with Beyond Time passive stands.

[C] Lightning of Destruction (Level 130, 12 second recharge, 50 Stamina Cost)

TWOH strikes lightning onto itself, then directs the lightning to all enemies in its range.

[Passive] Beyond Time

This passive gives the ability to not be frozen when time is stopped by any other time-stopping stand.

После того как вы убили 50 игроков в 1v1, берите The World и снова читайте дневник (При повторном чтении, "фразы" дневника о прошлых заданих остаются, однако появляются новые. Не бойтесь, ваше задание приняли) Следующее задание будет убить 50 игроков в Metal Ball Run. Убивать можете как и в казуале так и в соревновательном. Держите в уме, что чтобы вам засчитало убийство игрока вам нужно нанести больше урона чем все другие. В казуале так же есть много трейдеров, но есть так же скамеры и люди срывающие трейды.

Следующее задание — это получение кости Дио из Дио достигшего рая. (ВНИМАНИЕ, если вы выбили кость прежде чем получить этот квест, то её у вас не примут!).
