Reception
The menu players would see upon joining the game after it reached 1,000,000 visits
Upon announcement and subsequent release, the event was received negatively among the community, with many players saying that the event felt like a "giant billboard" that shoved products into the player's face. The event game's like-to-dislike ratio dropped to 15% soon after launch, making it the worst rated Roblox event of all time. Additionally, many players disliked how the event lacked any free items when it first released. Other players complained that the event items were "too expensive" compared to other event items; the items in this event were priced in such a manner because Gucci is a premium brand not known for selling cheap items.
However, overall reception shifted positively upon the revelation that all items noted as a "collectible item" in their descriptions would later be converted to limited items. As a result, interest in the event shot up exponentially. It was also considered as an investment opportunity by some. The event game's like-to-dislike ratio rose to 32% soon after this was revealed.
After overall interest in the event shot up, most items that went limited did not sell well due to the massive influx of supply. Many new traders tried to make a quick profit, resulting in competitive pricing, which in turn caused the prices of the items to drop. The event also released some of the cheapest limited items in years following the inactivity of limited items since the Black Friday 2019 sale. Some users are worried the inactivity in limited items will continue after this event, believing this event's items only went limited per Gucci's request.
Following improved reception, the event game reached 1,000,000 visits and the Gucci Denim Wide Brim Hat was made available for free to celebrate. The Gucci Round-Frame Sunglasses were also made available for free on a later date.

It can be obtained by joining the event game, then going into the bathroom. Open the bathroom stalls and then look into the mirror. Click the eye icon and purchase it for free. It is no longer obtainable as of the end of the Gucci Garden Event.

There are two FREE items: the Gucci Denim Wide Brim Hat and the Gucci Round-Frame Sunglasses. Read on for instructions on how to find them, or click a shortcut below.
How to find the FREE Gucci Denim Wide Brim Hat
The Gucci Denim Wide Brim Hat is was the first FREE item available in the Gucci Garden event. Here are the instructions to obtaining it:
- Join the Gucci Garden event game.
- From the entrance of the game, go through the white door farthest to the right.
- Walk all the way down the to the other end of the train and exit that door.
- You will find yourself at the bathroom. Walk up to the mirror until you see an Eye icon on the mirror (see picture above for example).
- Click on the Eye icon on the mirror to instantly receive your free item!
Note: You may not immediately be able to get the Eye icon to show up on the mirror. Try moving to different areas are different parts of the bathroom until it shows up.
How to find the FREE Gucci Round-Frame Sunglasses
The Gucci Round-Frame Sunglasses is the second FREE item available in the Gucci Garden event. Here are the instructions to obtaining it:
- Join the Gucci Garden event game.
- From the entrance of the game, go through the white door farthest to the left.
- Walk down a short hall into the pool room and turn left.
- You'll see a counter with jello on it of various colors.
- Click on the Eye icon on the Green jello and a screen will pop up offering the Gucci Round-Frame Sunglasses.
- Click where it says "Free" and the item will be added to your avatar inventory!
List of Event Items Purchased with Robux
In the entrance of the game there are shelves of items you can purchase with Robux.
Some are limited to only specific days and times. Most of the items that are no longer available in the game can be purchased directly from the Roblox catologue from various sellers, usually for a much higher price.
Notice that the bags are made in two versions: one is for the 1.0 avatar, the other for the 3.0 avatar.
