⭕ Расцензуривающий патч на сайте издателя. Разнообразие сцен приличное и все прорисованы очень хорошо, не пожалеете.
⭕ Интересная основная сюжетная линия и куча побочных миссий. Это не просто пойди-принеси, есть реально интересные. Например, старушка жалуется, что в доме завелись привидения. Вы остаётесь у неё ночевать и тут… Блин, ну спойлеры…
⭕ Апгрейды: очки ночного зрения для похода в канализацию, крюк-кошка для того, чтобы забраться в недоступные места и просто паровой кулак, чтобы дать по щам бандитам. Боёвка тоже есть, стандартная для рпг-мейкера. Но сражаться не обязательно, если вы прокачали соблазнение или красноречие. В этих случаях противник исчезнет, но вы не получите денег и опыта.
Помимо соблазнения и красноречия, для прокачки можно выбрать взлом замков и шпионаж.
Не забывайте проверять задания на рабочем столе в своём доме. Я протупил и пару недель просто валил бандитов. Взлом замков и шпионаж изучаются в логове бандитов, остальных учителей вы встретите по сюжету.
“Лондон” для исследования не очень большой, но когда начинаешь делать квесты, то мысленно благодаришь разрабов за такие размеры локаций. :)
Стоящая прохождения игра с двумя вариантами концовок. С убийствами, кражами, диверсиями и правительственными заговорами. Сможет ли девушка-детектив разгадать все загадки этого туманного города?

В некотором городе размером в десять локаций обретается авторитетный частный детектив. К нему прислушивается местная полиция и это очевидно отсылка к Шерлоку Холмсу, только в отличии от Шерлока у него есть дочь, которая тоже хочет авторитета. И вот когда папа уехал по делам из города, доча заняла его кресло и начала принимать клиентов. У неё мало времени, пока папа не приедет, поэтому ей нужно пропихнуть свой бренд как можно глубже и быстрее. Дела попадаются всякие, вплоть и далеко за 18+…
Хотелось бы отметить довольно нетривиальные элементы в оформлении игры. Например, аналог магии для функционирования парового кулака, восполняется с помощью специальных насосных станций и это выглядит как минимум интересно.
Это набор историй околодетективной тематики и связанных с ними несложных миниигр выполненных на движке RPG Maker. Некоторые из этих миниигр позволяют разные способы их прохождения. Часть из вариатов требуют естественно патча.
Миниигры и что-то вроде стандартной rpg-боёвки довольно примитивные, так что не ожидайте чего-то собственно от геймплея. Они просто выполняют роль филлера. А вот концовки вполне себе неожиданные и местами забавные. Для стимпанковских вселенных теории заговора смотрятся крайне органично…
Раскрыл пару стимпанковских заговоров в среде Ubuntu 18.04+Proton 5.0-9 на ноутбуке со встроенной видеокартой Intel® HD Graphics 4400. Проблем, кроме замедления игры со временем не заметил. Тормоза лечились перезапуском.

I love Clymenia. I love everything they've done so far, especially what's now known on Steam as "Public Defense Corp".
And this game is no exception. Except for the fact that it was very short and had relatively few events, I really enjoyed it. It has nice assets, some interesting gameplay elements, with variety of solutions for the quests depending on what skills you have.
The only real issue I have is that some pictures have the protagonist with hilariously disfigured feet. Did you guys forget how to draw? You can do better than that.
Overall, while I do recommend this game, it's not my favorite. In fact, I think I've enjoyed almost every other game they've made more. "XVI", "Salvation", "Hypnosis Aristocrat" and of course, "Public Defense Corp (aka Civillian Justice League 2)".
This was by no means bad and still leagues better than almost any other RPGMaker eroge out there. But I was just hoping for a little more.

Не очень нравится, чтоб посмотреть какую-нибудь хентай сценку к примеру с бандитами, нужно бежать минут 6-7 до босса, проиграть ему ради хентая и тебе снова нужно бежать до этого босса, чтоб победить его. Иначе не увидишь сценку, которую рисовали для игроков. И вообще, не понимаю, сколько у бандитов этих "зон", которые нужно пройти, зона A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Ho bro this game is one strong ass video game. This title is definitely one of the strongest titles Kagura Games went and published. To get the experience the folks from Clymenia wanted you to have you gotta patch it in, and that patch is available on Kagura Games's website. While you there you can look at screenshots from the game. That way, you know, you get a feeling of the game's artwork and if you like em.
Story wise its pretty good for a hentai game cuz. You go and choose between a "Police Route" and a "Gangster Route" each with their own ending. The "Police Route" centers around solving mysteries while the "Gangster Route" revolves around a more classical rpg killing creeps and leveling up game style. The game also features a "Reason" system. The more you lower the stat the more Sophie will be willing to do the dirty deed. So if you like that "moral degradation" or "corruption" tag aye lucky you this game's gottem.
The main character Sophie is one cute little honey my dude. If you like reverse traps and lithe body types, RIGHT up your alley bro! There are a ton of h-scenarios featuring this little minx. The main character's rival, The Phantom Thief, is one foxy mama jama, and she gets in on the fun if you know what Im saying. :3
At the end of the day is this game worth the money? From this uncle's opinion HELL YEAH CUZ!
I give this eroge a solid 8 Lau Laus / 10 Poke Bowls.

Another eroge, another reason to shame myself in front of thousands by reviewing something that might expose me as a miscreant. But enough of my woes, let's jump right into it, is Detective Girl of the Steam City good? Short answer yes, long answer yeeeeees.
Detective Girl of the Steam City is an "eroge", as I've said before in my reviews if you don't know what an eroge means then you're more lost than an orphan in parents' day. Eroge is basically "Erotic Geim (game)", meaning you're not going to find Christ in this, so if smex makes you squimish kindly do the following turn around, run away as fast as you can and never come back to this genre, preferably in this exact order.
Anyway, on with the plot, you're a detective girl whose name is Naoto Shirog- oh wait, I- I mean Sophie. You're a smart girl, who's too little in the eyes of her peers more ways than one. Despite your intellect and quick wits, the police and other detectives see you just a little more than a child. Because of this, your dream to wear your father's shoes seem to be so far away. To gain their trust, confidence and love. lots and lots of love, you advertise yourself and your firm by solving mysteries, disputes, run of the mill crime, and even a literal turf war. It's easier said than done because Kino, I mean Sophie, doesn't start out strong. It doesn't take much for you to find yourself sandwiched between a goon and the cold hard floor, with a cold hard rod churning inside you. Therefore, as Sophie you must try to use your eloquence, your cunning, and your allure to get through the hordes of thirsty umpalumpas who seem to want you more than anything in this world despite being so flat an airplane can land on your chest.
Gameplay is meh. It's an eroge. they weren't selling this to compete with the likes of Final Fantasy, Tales, or Persona in mind. Fighting is bare bones. You attack baddies, they attack you in a turn based combat, the game of gentlemen. Of course the part 'gentlemen' ends after you lose, because the difference between an "eroge" and a "normal game" is that in an eroge, when the enemy says he'll ♥♥♥♥ you, he didn't mean it as an insult. Before every battle you get to choose between trying to talk your way out, giving them a cheap shot which can instantly kill them if you're strong enough, or polish their rods.
Artwork is great but nothing special. The crowning glory of this work, in terms of art, is Sophie herself. I and I assume many others, are tired of seeing pairs of medicine balls glued on cows. As a girl and a washboard myself, each time i see one of those abominations I go "HOW DO THEY EVEN WALK?!" Sophie is a big departure from that non-sense. She's not a kid but she doesn't have the body of an implant model either. Furthermore, while i say 'nothing special', in CGs, she's extremely beautiful, of course that is before she gets marinated in thick yogurt every now and then.
Translations are spot on! I am honestly happy that the horrible days of "Dark Elf" and "Kings Exit" is behind us. The translations for new eroges and galges are all surprisingly well done. Nothing sounds off, and more importantly, there are no crashes due to it!
Basically, I can and will recommend this game. It's cheap, and it gives you what it promises. This is a good addition to any eroge connoisseur.

Allure in learned in the brothel. The first skill requires reason 70 and you must go down the reason tiers to unlock skill 2 and 3.
Eloquence from the French Guy in the Hotel. You meet him at detective desk while your waiting for work. His quest involves a tour of the city and taking pictures with a camera.
Observation: Taught by detective Metcalfe. His house is west of the hotel, which is west of the Detective Office. I think you have to do the quest involving the Mole and the Bathhouse first. To be honest, I'm not even sure what Observation does.
Medicine: Taught by the doctors in or near the slums. You just need detective points to unlock them.
Lockpicking and Espionage: Taught by the gangsters on the 2nd floor of the Black Dog Hideout.

Sophie is a private investigator residing in the Steam City, a metropolis going through an industrial revolution.
In this growing city with a huge population, there are many different kinds of people; industrialists, workers, merchants, and average citizens.
However, within any big city, there are always criminals and conspiracies. The Steam City will need a detective on the case.
It'll be up to Sophie to uncover the mysteries of the Steam City through her investigations.

The self-proclaimed Detective Girl. With her father away on business, she seizes the opportunity to strike out on her own. Wanting to become as famous as her father and mentor, she’ll take on any case, no matter its contents. Although she’s quick-witted and analytical, her eagerness to prove herself may land her in many a sticky situation.
The Phantom Thief. The nemesis of the London police force, she likes to put on a show and garner publicity with every heist she performs. She uses trickery and charm to achieve her objectives, and has taken an interest in Sophie.
Amelia [ ]
Long-time friend of Sophie's, and an avid engineer. She spends most of her time cooped up in her workshop, tinkering away at machines and gadgets. Though she's happy to help Sophie out, she's not quick to forget a debt unpaid.

Good End: Police Route [ ]
Eliminate all the gangsters if you want to go to Detective Arthur. Kill Jake, talk to the lady and go to Babbage Laboratory. She's looking to Analytical Engine blueprints inside the factory and the gangsters arrive. They chasing them and ready to stop the gangsters. After the chase, she wants to investigate the laboratory, eliminate all the gangsters and she continues to solve the case as a detective.
Bad End: Trafficking [ ]
Sophie got sexually assualted or gang-rape by the gangsters and she trapped inside the case as a sex slave. It is unknown where that happens to her or she's no longer to being detective.
