10. Battle Scarred AK-47
Out of the 67 different skins for the AK-47, none other are as sought-after and expensive as the “Battle-Scarred”. Released in 2016 by nevil112 on the Steam Workshop, this skin is one of the earlier cosmetic additions to the game.
This AK skin is unique from all others in that the stock is missing. All other guns come complete and mirror the base in-game item exactly, but this iteration of the Battle-Scarred AK skin is completely lacking a stock. A version that contains the stock exists but is significantly cheaper (by nearly 40 dollars!) and deemed less rare by the community.
9. Creepy Clown Bandanna
Released with a Halloween update, the Creepy Clown Bandanna was added to the game in October 2015. Shortly after its release, there were concerns about the skin’s alleged copyright infringement. Because of these concerns, the Steam Community Market page for this skin has since been deleted.
The skin, which had always been infamous among the community for the alleged copyright issues, rose to prominence in the fall of 2016, when fears of killer clowns peaked in the United States after a series of ‘sightings.’ The high price is a combination of the few copies of the skin that exist and the mystique surrounding the skin’s creation.
8. It Is Wednesday, My Dudes
If you’ve ever browsed any memes or imageboards at all, I’m sure you’ve seen the source material: a man, in goggles and a Spiderman costume, proclaiming the day in front of a bathroom mirror. The meme, which has since been overlaid on a frog, was impossible to miss on the subreddit in early 2018. On the skin, the acronym (IIWMD) is plastered on the front of a long-sleeve burlap shirt, with a ‘frog boot,’ or exclusive in-game item for players who purchased the game during the beta, visible below.
The skin, released in early 2018, is the developer’s response to the spamming of said meme all over the r/playrust subreddit. With a cute design and average cost of less than $1 USD, it is an easy way to appear in the loop with some of the community’s inside jokes.
7. Brony Collection
Bronies, or male fans of the show ”My Little Pony,” are rampant on the internet, and Rust is no exception. The Brony collection includes pants, boots, a hoodie, a sleeping bag which are released, as well as a skin for the satchel charge, which isn’t available in-game yet.
Since the release of the inaugural Brony skin, the “Brony“ Sleeping bag, the skin collection has taken the Rust community by storm. With its soft pastel pinks, unicorns, and rainbows adorning every piece of the collection, there is nothing in the community quite like it-- for better or for worse. The collection’s creator, “Stabby McStabface,” has quite a few other skins in the game if the pastel pinks aren’t quite your pace.
6. Banana Eoka
Ring ring ring, it’s the banana Eoka! Although this gun isn’t commonly used, the skin’s pattern is a funny joke that is present across several titles (see the Five-SeveN “Monkey Business” in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.)
The Banana Eoka is a yellow color speckled with brown spots, reminiscent of a ripe banana. The Eoka’s base gun pattern has a curvature that is similar enough to a banana to pull off the skin nearly perfectly. Eoka pistols remain one of the most efficient raiding tools in the early game for a player, especially against a wooden door-- you can raid in style with this skin.
5. BCHILLZ! Hoodie
BCHILLZ is one of the most prominent Rust content creators, and this skin pays homage to his legacy is the game. This skin for the hoodie was released in 2017 to much acclaim.
The BCHILLZ! hoodie is also available in real life if you’ve ever wanted to cosplay as a Rust character, or just enjoy the game THAT much. The hoodies, both in the game and in real life are a great way to show some love to one of the biggest content creators in the Rust community.
4. Tempered Mask
Like the Marble Fade pattern in other games, the Tempered Mask is a sleek way to flex on your poorer opponents. It is the most expensive of the nineteen skins available for the metal facemask and is one of the rarest skins for the piece of armor.
The tempered pattern is also available on the MP5, an unpopular mid-game gun-- but the metal facemask version wins out due to its popularity and price. The skin was submitted to the Steam community workshop by Miho Frito and was accepted in 2016. The coolest thing about the skin, however, is the fact that the colors of the skin change based on the ambient lighting!
3. Chaos Armor Set
One of the most recent additions to the game (it’s still available in the Steam game store,) the chaos set is reminiscent of skin from almost every MMORPG you’ve ever played. Silvery, spiky, and intimidating, this set is sure to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies.
The Chaos Armor set, composed of a coffee-can helmet, road sign chest plate, and road sign kilt is an interesting addition for a few reasons. The creator, La_Crampe, has many fewer submissions than other artists. The set is also available on the Steam community market for much more than the consistent $0.99 price tag-- so do your research!
2. Hot Potato
As a skin for the rock in the game, the Hot Potato is not the most expensive, but one of the most sought after skins. It features a molten magma effect on an otherwise smooth, dark-colored surface.
The coolest thing about this skin (besides the fact that it is one of only 17 skins for the most commonly used item in the game) is that like the Tempered Facemask, Volcanic Stone Hatchet and other items in the game, the look of the rock changes based on the ambient lighting. It appears to glow in the dark, making it unique across other rock skins-- as well as skins in general!
1.Missing Textures T-Shirt
This t-shirt skin features the infamous dark gray and pink checkered pattern used to represent missing textures in another Facepunch game you may have heard of-- Garry’s Mod! But don’t worry, no need to download outside textures (or Counter-Strike: Source) for this shirt skin!
Garry Newman, one of the most prominent members of Facepunch and founder of eponymous Garry’s Mod, sends a nod to some of Facepunch’s other titles with this shirt. The pink and gray checkered pattern is a staple of Garry’s Mod, and now of Rust as well!

Первое что нас встречает — штаны и худи BASE INVADERS по 76 рублей. Данный сет чем-то напоминает пижаму или скин игрока из Fallout.
Следующий предмет — ящик DAY AND NIGHT SMALL BOX за 152 рубля. Ящик день и ночь смотрится так, будто его разрисовал ребенок. Но выглядит неплохо, а также светится в темноте.

DRAGON BOW за 152 рубля. Продолжение коллекции DRAGON. Неплохо сочетается в сете с одеждой DRAGON. Сам скин смотрится стильно, и может понравиться любителям золотых скинов.
PIXEL ROCKET LAUNCHER за 192 рубля. Далее у нас скин на ракетницу, который тоже выглядит игрушечно, но на фоне остальных скинов на ракетницы, он достаточно яркий и веселый.

И последний скин — TOY SMG за 192 рубля. Продолжение коллекции Toy. В принципе, как и все предметы из этой коллекции, он разноцветный, красочный и, если вам нравится эта коллекция, то он вам подойдет.
Помимо новых скинов, из прошлой партии остались усы MOVEMBER MOUSTACHE.
Напомню, что это не просто внутриигровой предмет, а помощь направленная на изучение и борьбу с мужскими болезнями. Все доходы с продаж этих усов пойдут в благотворительную организацию Movember.

А сейчас мини аналитика, что стоит купить, а что нет. Это моё субъективное мнение.
Штанов и худи слишком много и на них не такой большой спрос, поэтому минус. Тот же сет пчёлки стоит сейчас примерно столько же, но он намного красивее.
Как инвестицию, использовать лук смысла нет, данный лук стоит 2$, а самый дорогой 4$, плюс время на рост цены, только если в долгосрок.
Кирка и топор выглядят прикольно, на фоне серых и тёмных скинов, но всё же, инвестировать в них смысла особого нет, кирка и топор стоят по 2$, максимальные цены на кирку 3-4$, на топор 4-8$
Скинов на ракетницу мало, самые дорогие 4-8$ данный скин стоит 2.5$, но если посмотреть на все скины, то он хорошо выделяется на фоне остальных, по крайне мере на долгосрок пару штук можно взять.
Последний скин, продолжение коллекции toy, его будут брать за счёт популярности самой коллекции. Самые дорогие скины на SMG стоят по 5-10$, наш скин стоит 2.5.
Жакет за 192 ₽. Продолжение коллекции NO MERCY, который как и вся эта коллекция смотрится стильно и привлекательно.
Деревянная дверь THE HUNTER AND HIS DOG за 115 ₽. Скин выглядит неплохо, но таких скинов для деревяшки хватает, поэтому навряд ли, он станет часто используемым.
МВК дверь WEATHER ARMORED DOOR так же за 115 ₽. Смотрится ярко и красочно, может вполне стать популярной, пока что самая дешёвая из МВК дверей.

А сейчас мини аналитика, что стоит купить, а что нет. Это моё субъективное мнение.
1) Худи и штаны не стоит покупать. Во-первых, они посредственно выглядят, во-вторых, если посмотреть стоимость брони в данной коллекции, то мы увидим цену не выше 1$, так почему же должны вырасти худи и штаны?
2) Броня также не выделяется среди других. Так же в данной коллекции скины стоят не больше 100 ₽, что тоже немаловажно.
3) Куртка 50 на 50 т.к. с одной стороны, коллекция хорошая, популярная, все скины на броню который выходили недавно, стоили по 138 ₽, сейчас же выросли. А с другой стороны, это куртка, её используют в зиме, часто с ней не побегаешь, боюсь не сможет повторить хотя бы успех брони.
4) Про деревянную дверь особо нечего говорить, серый скин, на фоне остальных теряется, есть скины красочнее и дешевле, тот же недавний джинкс кот.
5) И заканчивает МВК дверка. Её стоит взять, во-первых, это самый дешёвый скин на МВК дверь, следом идут по 2-3$ скины, во-вторых, если посмотреть на скины после нашей, то (кроме жёлтой) все скины серые и, я надеюсь, она обгонит их по цене.
Также помните, что это моё мнение и вы должны подумать, прежде чем вкладываться в скины. Есть много факторов роста, начиная от того, насколько красивый скин, заканчивая количеством покупок данного скина.
