История стартует с передачи прав от старика к молодому мафиози. Как в Крестном отце, сын надевает отеческую корону и приступает к правлению. В его юрисдикции – обычные дома, магазины, бордели и наркокартели. Не важно, производитель, или представитель услуг – подконтрольный предприниматель стабильно дает деньги, которые «государь» тратит на развитие империи, а главное – армии.
Солдаты мафии – это обиженная и выросшая детвора, пытающаяся в криминальных группировках сбежать от бедности. Они делятся на специализации.
