It is now possible to get HDT hair on all vanilla female NPCs using these mods:
REQUIREMENTS
Replaces the hair for the NPCs from Bijin AIO with the KS Hairdos Physics Hair.
All of the requirements need to be downloaded and installed.
You also need to install the wigs option in the KS Hairdos FOMOD.
WHICH VERSION OF BIJIN IS THIS FOR?
The modular files in the miscellaneous section will work with any version. However, there is no guarantee that LOOT will sort them correctly, so be sure to load them last.
For the main file, you need to use the ESP file named "Bijin AIO.esp".
It can be found in the optional files section on all three Bijin pages.
"Bijin AIO SE" or "Bijin AIO SE for USSEP".
This won't work with "Bijin_AIO-SV 2018.esp". You can technically rename that plugin to "Bijin AIO.esp", but I recommend just downloading the other version.
Serana and Valerica are not included in this. They are a separate mod found here.
HELP, EVERYONE IS BALD!
Make sure that you have the right version of Bijin installed. Also, make sure that "Bijin AIO - Hair Physics.esp" (or "Bijin AIO - Hair Physics - AI Overhaul Patch.esp") is loaded after everything else that modifies these NPCs, and that all of the required master files are active. Sorting with LOOT should resolve the issue.
I don't recommend installing new mods in the middle of a playthrough. Starting a new game is always recommended.
HELP, THIS IS CAUSING MY FPS DROP!
I strongly recommend using SSE Engine Fixes (skse64 plugin).
The main file has a high performance cost, so you might be better off manually giving wigs to the NPCs you computer can handle.
There are also a handful for individual NPC options in the miscellaneous section.

I use Mod Organizer 2. I don't know the answers to questions specific to other mod manages such as Vortex.

В этом моде добавлена физика для стандартных причёсок женских рас. Спрашивается, зачем вообще этот нелепый мод нужен, если полнО разнообразных качественных модов той же серии и с физикой и без? Отвечу просто: мне так захотелось =))
В планах завершить все прически для ЖГГ других рас. (Выполнено! Версия 1.3. Для наглядности смотрим видео)
У НПС анимации волос не будет!
Советую установить ретекстур стандартных причесок Superior Lore-Friendly Hair - HD textures - с ним волосики выглядят поэффектнее =))

Установка:
1. Вам нужно иметь установленные HDT physics extension и SKSE, если есть, то не нужно, если нет, то установите.
2. Скачайте сам мод и поместите папку Data из архива в папку с игрой (Data не внутрь Data, а поверх), подтвердите слияние папок и замену файлов.
Примечания:
Так как тестировать сеё творение времени у меня недостаточно, то, возможно, в каких-то причёсках будут резкие движения (скорее всего они будут), возможны прозрачности некоторых частей волос, проваливание частей волос под текстуры кожи, сорри, за всем не уследишь.
- В случае тряски волос и необъяснимом дёргании после установки мода, попробуйте зайти в RaceMenu (showracemenu - командой в консоли) и сменить пол на М затем снова на Ж, проблема должна решиться. (в видео есть наглядные примеры этих неисправностей и их решение)
- Проблемная 4-я прическа у человеческих рас, иногда при выборе её косички разрываются (лечится сохранением и перезагрузкой игры).
- ЕСЛИ у Вас наблюдаются расползания прически и постоянные её заклинивания, нарушающие свободные движения волос, просьба писать в лс! ЭТО ВАЖНО.
Описание:
Мод добавляет физику волос мужскому Довакину. Решил разделить мод по добавлению физики волос на 2 мода: для ЖГГ и МГГ.
На данный момент реализованы только прически для человеческих рас за исключением двух (дреды для редгардов без физики).
Колизия волос, хвочтиков и косичек настраивалась под обнаженное стандартное игровое тело, поэтому при надевании брони возможны проваливания волос под текстуры одежды. Позже сделаю опциональный патч для версии волос под броню.
У НПС анимации волос не будет!

This is a hair pack that contains 75 female hairstyles from the KS Hairdos pack with added HDT physics.
This file is standalone and does not require KS Hairdos Renewal.
Elven support is included.
Full chart is at the bottom of the page.
To fix this, just cycle through the hairs a little more in the racemenu, or just exit out of the racemenu with the selected hair and re-enter it. These both are solutions to the issue.
Another main issue is that the main file will conflict with HDT breasts, so download the optional file after downloading the main file to avoid this.
The following hairs still kinda have the sh*ts with clipping and other physics issues:
Other issues include:
- If you have bigger breasts, regardless of this being an HDT mod, the hairstyles can clip. Usually body types that are larger in the breast area have HDT with them, so the author should include an additional HDT Havok object to prevent this. Ask the author of the body, not us. If you have very small breasts, the hairs can float a bit because they were fit around medium breast sized UNP bodies
- If you take sharp turns, the hair will briefly and violently shake due to the skyrim physics extension. If the hair happens to get stuck in a weird position, just shake it around and it should go back to its original spot.
- You may notice some transparency issues on a few hairs that we could have missed. They are somewhat hard to spot and if you would kindly point out which hairs have them, we will fix them asap.
