Required : Last version of SCP CB (1.3.11) and last version of

the Multiplayer Mod / Hamachi / 4GB Patch (Already included in the Multiplayer mod.

First, both players need the last version of SCP CB & the last version of

the Multi mod installed.

Then, both players will then need to patch the "SCP - Containment Breach Multiplayer Mod" executable with the 4GB patch.

Next, both players will need to install Hamachi.

After that, one of them will have to create a network via Hamachi.

and the password related to it.

We will need two things in order to progress : An IP adress, and a port.

For the IP adress:

For the port now:

-> In your SCP Containment Breach installation folder,

you should now see a folder inside it named "server_0.X",

where X is the number for the version of the multiplayer mod.

Inside that folder, you will see a file named "server.exe".

You need to have this running as long as you want to play multiplayer.

The black and white command window that will appear will give the port the game.

Here, the port should be 50021. (May change overtime. To be sure, check the server.exe)

Once all of this is done, both player launch the game.

The host and the others will just need to go into multiplayer,

And then choose "Direct Connect".

Only the number at the top of the keyboard (1/&) works here, not those on the right.

Once done, both players click connect, and they should see each other in a lobby.

Right before you dive into madness, i suggest both player do go in settings

to put a name for your character and check the "See player names" box.

Then both players click on "Ready", and the host can start the game.


First, both players need the last version of SCP CB & the last version of

the Multi mod installed.

Also, both players will then need to patch the "SCP - Containment Breach Multiplayer" executable with the 4GB patch.

Next, both players will need to install Hamachi.

Then, one of them will have to create a network via hamachi.

and the password related to it.

And running Dedicated Server.exe in background will allow the use of the port on the game.

By default, the port is 50001

Once this is done, both player launch the game and both of them will have to

add the server via the "Add server" button.

And finally, players just need to "Join Serv" to reach each other in game.
