Driver framework user mode ошибка 10111

Обновлено: 05.07.2024

Sometimes, when I insert a USB-stick, Windows can't recognise it. The "My Computer" folder tries to refresh, but it takes too long time and does not change anything.

Moreover, when I try to shut down or reboot the system, it shows the final screen (Shutting down or Rebooting), and does nothing.

The Event Viewer shows two similar critical errors near the time, when I insert the USB-stick. There are their descriptions and details:

10110:

A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices.

Is there any ideas what is wrong and what can I do?

If this only happens with one USB-memory, I would say that there is something wrong with it, so I would buy a new one or find another one to test with.

It could also be that the driver for USB has become corrupted, so I would also try to uninstall the USB-driver and re-install it. This can be done from the device manager on the client.

Press the Win key and type "device manager" -> Press "Enter"

From the device manager, right click the devices under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and chose uninstall.
I would start with the once related to the motherboard, in my case the one that starts with Intel(R)

You mouse and keyboard will stop functioning, but the drivers will be installed once again after a reboot.
