Crash on the map as_c4map05. (strange error)
During the test, we noticed that at low graphics settings, the map crashes, without explaining the reason. Try to increase quality to high values. This method helped us on some devices. If the problem persists, try starting the next chapter (as_c5map01).

Hissing sounds (replacing voice acting)
Each time the sounds in the modification are replaced, it is necessary to delete this file from the archive with the mod (asheep) sound.cache. This happens especially often during the Russification of sound after you have already started the game
AS - Part One.exe (New Menu)

If you are not starting through this application or the antivirus does not want to skip the file, use this information:

Just create a bms.exe shortcut, right-click on it, open “Properties” and add “–game asheep” at the end of the “Target” field so that it looks like this:

Шипение звуков (замена озвучки)
Каждый раз когда заменяются звуки в модификации, необходимо удалять данный файл из архива с модом (asheep) sound.cache. Особенно часто это происходит при русификации звука после того как вами была уже запущенна игра

Make a backup of your saves folder and try to reinstall the mod. For some reason certain files don't get read from the mod directory. Do you have any addons / custom mods installed? 6 дек. 2020 в 15:18

Same problem, nothin' helps

@artem.fertikh: Did the garg fell down as the pipe exploded? And did he actually act out any other animations? (Shockwaves, opening the doors, climbing on the vents, destroying vehicles)

I have same critical bug. Gargantua wont appear for the chase after player retrieves explosive backback. And he just stands in the air, imposible to continue. Skipped this story part to Chapter 6. 5 июн в 7:54

For those people with problem with gargantua in this map:
Copy fromX:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\asheep\models\xenians all files garg (garg.dx80, garg.dx90, garg.mdl, garg.phy, garg.sw.vtx, garg.vvd).
Make new folder in folder X:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\asheep\custom with name, for example, AS. Make inside folders models\xenians and paste all six garg files.

To work this method, gameinfo needs to be modified like this:

Original:
game+mod asheep

// We search VPK files before ordinary folders, because most files will be found in
// VPK and we can avoid making thousands of file system calls to attempt to open files
// in folders where they don't exist. (Searching a VPK is much faster than making an operating

I had the same problem and after I did that, the problem was resolved.

For those people with problem with gargantua in this map:
Copy fromX:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\asheep\models\xenians all files garg (garg.dx80, garg.dx90, garg.mdl, garg.phy, garg.sw.vtx, garg.vvd).

Yeah so I did all of that but there is no folder called "custom" in the files and when I created one it gave me an error message saying that it can't use my new folder with the files in them. Could you please update this post?

Estimated walkthrough time: 3-4 hours.
From now on, we will collect information about missing objects, textures, bugs etc. If you found something, write about it.
Critical errors related to BM beta are possible in this mod. Thank you for understanding.

We strongly recommend you going through what you've already seen in the demo version. This part looks many times better, having new scripts, advanced locations, and new music.

Azure Sheep: Part One Release

-INSTALLATION-

Installation method (No-Steam):

1. Download the mod and unpack it;
2. Move the files into your Black Mesa root directory;
3. Launch the mod via one of the launchers. If it's not working - try launching it with the admin rights.

Installation method (Steam):

1. Download mod from ModDB or subscribe to it in Steam Workshop;
1.1. If you chose to download it from ModDB, simply unpack it;
1.2. If you chose to download it from Steam Workshop, in order to find the mod files you'll need to go to similar directory:
". \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\1905759382".
Unpack "asheep" folder into the directory with two .exe files;
2. Move mod files into the following directory: ". \Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa";
3. Launch mod via one of launchers. If it's not working - try launching it with admin rights.
