I'm guessing you are trying to give yourself the command block? It's one of the FEW blocks not available in the creative menu along with the dragon egg and end portal. The command block was introduced in 1.4 & 1.5 which is the version you are running.

I'm running a Vanilla server as well. I'm sure you are tired of hearing this but.

First turn off your server. Open your ops.txt file in notepad and make sure that the ONLY text in the file is your player name.

Then start the server back up. and try to give it to yourself again.

IF that did not work I have a few more ideas for you to try.

If that line is not in there then turn off the server add it, save, restart server and try again.

Ive Been having this problem lately. My permissions work ONLY if the person is an op. So no commands work unless they are an op.

Plugin List: Essentials,Permissions.

My server works fine. All I need now is to get my damn Permissions working. None of my players can use anything other than normal minecraft actions. Help?

How to change message: "You Dont Have Access To This Command

and to edit the not enough permissions open the permissionsEX.jar the same way
and then open the ru file, then tehkode
then permissions, then bukkit, then commands
then open the usercommands.class
and edit ONLY the text Saying has/have no such permissions should look like this

" " don't such have no permission "

make sure that the spacing is EXACT on both when you re-edit them,
i would also consult the developers before doing so

it might look slightly different to you but scoll untill you see the
you do not have permission to build in this area
and edit ONLY that part of txt in that area, this will change the worldguard message
for ppl not allowed acess to regions or with no build permissions for a certain area
i am not entirely sure if this will fix the message for the entire world or not

Хз. Чит-коды в мире включены? Только так будет работать. Или поищи Single Player Comands 1.4.6, но врятли. В настройках мира включи чит-коды тогда должно робить.
