i get this message when i try to change my itunes country. i have been to China for sometime and now returning back to Pakistan but it wont let me change my country even tho i want it to be changed.
how can i fix this issue. i dont have any outstanding balance with itunes i need to get this fixed asap because i cant buy anything right now. please help me

Here are specific issues and how to deal with them:
● Spend all your Apple ID balance
One way to zero your balance is to add a credit or debt card as a payment method to your Apple ID and buy items just in excess of your remaining Apple ID balance. This will use up all the balance and any remainder will get charged to the card.
The other way is to contact Apple and ask them to keep any remaining balance.
● Pending purchases and refunds
If you have pending purchases, or refunds in the process of being returned to you, you will have to wait until these clear.
You cannot change storefront information at this time.
I would like to change apple store region from UK to indonesia as i do not use my bank account in the uk anymore but apple wont let me change my region.every time I try it gives me this message as on the title.
Anything im doing wrong? Is it even possible.? Seems kinda silly that its so hard to change payment method to a different country!

I got an iPhone XS last week (my first ever Apple product!) and I have been trying to create an Apple ID for about 4 days now. I keep getting the error message "Your account can not be created at this time" after putting in the code they send.
New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast
Edit: I found it. Getting the same error on the iPhone. Not sure how to screenshot it.
Anyone? Is this something they can help me with at the Apple Store?
Hey, I recommend calling AppleCare about this. Don’t worry, it’s free if you just purchased a new iPhone.
New Apple IDs can get rejected if the email address is from an uncommon provider, like a company email address. Apple Support can help you with this.
Another idea would be to try creating the account while in another network, like at work or at a friend’s place.

До недавних пор все было ок. ID зареген на адрес в USA.
сейчас выдает This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the U.S. iTunes Store.You will be switched to that Store. Try your purchase again.
далее. You are signed with an Apple ID that is not valid for use in the Belarusian Store. You may only purchase music from the US Store with this Apple ID (хотя музыку скачивать я и не пробывал..) Не подскажите, в чем проблема и как ее решить.

Стоит флаг USA. Собственно, я ничего и не менял. Все работало замечательно до вчерашнего дня
Тоже было, похоже так вынуждают пароль сменить.
Нажми на восстановить пароль, на емайл придет ссылка. А потом уже поменяй в аккаунте на новый. Притом требуют цифры, буквы и как минимум одну букву заглавную

Прежде чем советовать всякую хе.. кхм ересь ответьте на несколько вопросов:
1.Как перенести приобретенные ранее программы между аккаунтами?
2. Как вы представляете себе привязку iУстройства к двум аккаунтам?
з.ы. Компьтер должен быть тот же, что и был авторизован для покупок, причем система на нем не должна была переставляться. Apple редиски привязываются к определенному железу. Сменить (деавторизовать компьютер) можно лишь пять раз .
