Easily edit charachters in a save file or a custom characters. Will keep track on used attributes points and skill points, so a respec only is easy. But will go in negative and store it as zero for us cheaters out there :)
Ability duplicat inventory in files and store it to editor for use in other files. Use the duplication with care, as I have not tested it thoroughly enough. Basically do it on a save game that is not important.

Нас интересует файл с расширением xml. Открываем его в notepad++ (он выделит цветом все что нам нужно) и ищем в поиске имя нужного героя. Советую в меню "Вид" отметить пункт "Перенос строк".
Сперва будут описывается содержимое инвентаря. Где там деньги я так и не понял, но количество любых предметов запросто можно изменить. Например барахло вроде зеркальца 25 штук:
Raider_CompactMirror. 25
Дописать пару ноликов и персонаж будет оооочень богат, но слегка перегружен :) Ясен пень, что такие фокусы лучше лучше делать под носом у торговца. Аналогично можно добавить себе патронов.
После инвентаря идут характеристики персонажа. Вы не пропустите выделенные черным coordination, luck, awareness и их значения. Стоит отметить, что значения умений это не их уровень, а количество потраченных очков. Например bluntWeapons18 шестой уровень умения владения дубиной. Сколько нужно написать, можно посмотреть в непрокачанном умении, если подвести курсор к нужному уровню. Полностью прокачанное умение кажется 44
Не забывайте делать сохранения в отдельном слоте перед тем как лезть в них редактором. Кто найдет обозначения приличного оружия и брони, поделитесь в комента
3. Выбрать нужное вам сохранение. По завершение нажать File/Save File.

Не разобрался, как поменять тип предмета. Например, из Assault сделать Sniper - текст не редактируется.
пишет ошибку при открытии редактора и сохранения, что делать?
а где мои спутники которых я исключил не могу найти ( роза, анджела дет, такаюки). в цитадели нету(!?
с помощью редактора можно избавится от острой плодовой инфекции?или только атрибуты и инвентарь перса можно изменить.

При запуске, сам НЕ открывает сейвы, при попытке загрузки через File получаю
У меня виндоса 8.1 х64 - запуск от админа, нетворк свежий.
vovann1998 Ну, надеюсь, что не настолько уж тупой - канешно ДС. Вот, что там написано "Дата выпуска: 18 сентября 2014, пропатчено до DC - 13 октября 2015". Может дело в версии обновы (патч\апдейт). А в Wasteland 2 редактор по ссылке - работает без проблем. Насчет смены ИД, много написано, но там нельзя вводить новые предметы - только замена существующих на новые.

I wrote this tool while playing through the game the first time. As the other save editor I found here on the Nexus did not allow me to edit my perks I though it would be a good learning experience to create something similar myself. I upload it here because I thought others might find it useful.
Keep in mind that this tool will make changes to your save files! It is always advised to make a backup of you save before using this tool. This applies even though the application automatically creates a backup.
The application is developed for Windows and probably won't work on other operating systems.
Features
- Saving/Loading of the games save files (would be a pretty useless application without this one. )
- Automatically backup save files before saving edits to them (can be turned off in the settings menu)
- Restoration of save files from backup files.
- The ability to edit every character in you party. (only attributes, skills, perks and quirks can be edited.)
- "Re-spec mode (default)" and "Cheat mode". "Re-spec mode" prevents you from assigning more points to a character than they already have to preserve some sense of balance. "Cheat mode" removes all restrictions and lets you take as many attributes, skills, perks and quirks as your heart desires!
I probably won't add any new features to the application but if you encounter any bugs please do let me know. I'll see if I can fix them.
