Если помните, на E3 2011 Кен Левин (Ken Levine) формально объявил о том, что новая и пока безымянная игра в серии BioShock посетит портативную консоль PlayStation Vita. Прошло уже больше полугода с тех времен, а о новинке так ничего и не слышно. Что-то случилось? Ее постигла участь Assassin's Creed: Lost Legacy для 3DS?

Нет, все с игрой в полном порядке. В одном из недавних интервью архитектор Рапчура и Колумбии собственной персоной сообщил, что BioShock для PS Vita все еще находится в разработке и не спешит умирать. Также господин Левин еще разок повторил, что BioShock Vita (неофициальное название) – это не портированная версия BioShock Infinite (PC, PS3, Xbox 360), а нечто абсолютно новое, уникальное и заточенное под технологические особенности портативной консоли Sony.

К несчастью, о том, когда мы увидим BioShock Vita в действии, креативный директор Irrational Games ничего конкретного не сказал, но пообещал, что как только у студии появится на руках готовый к публичной демонстрации билд игры – железный занавес тут же поднимется.

Once the player's health reaches zero, Jack will collapse, only to be revived at any nearby Vita-Chamber. Vita-Chambers are found throughout the game, at least two per level.

Players who are attempting to gain the "Brass Balls" achievement/trophy or the "I Chose the Impossible" trophy can choose to disable all Vita-Chambers after downloading the 1.1 patch and DLC for BioShock (though the player is not obliged to do so; simply completing the game without dying unlocks the achievement, regardless of whether or not the Chambers are on). If the player is playing with the Vita-Chambers turned off, the main menu will be brought up upon death.

Widespread advertisements for the Vita-Chamber describe it as "restoring vigor and spirit with the touch of a button." This implies that the chamber's true purpose of life-restoration was hidden from the population and only procured them restorative treatments. The Adonis Luxury Resort also had a Vita-Chamber as part of their treatments. By the time of Rapture's downfall in 1959, possibly hundreds of Vita-Chambers had been installed throughout the city.

Что вы думаете по поводу этого устройства? По-моему, это одна из главных ошибок разработчиков, т.к. это делает игру намного легче и менее страшной. Выпустят ли патч, который позволяет полностью убрать vita-chamber-ы из игры (Путем добавления 4 уровеня сложности)

Я тоже не вижу смысла в vita-chamber . Потерял все впечятления от игры ! Даже на 3 уравне сложнасти было неинтересно !

Это бредятина полная, исчезает страх перед смертью, игра становится более аркадной, можно большого папо идти и гасить с гаечного ключа.

Есть канешна, ты наверное забыл. Только там они называются bio-reconstruction chamber, их надо активировать, оставив свою днк. Причем после "реконструкции" ГГ появлялся с пустой инвенторией и, если не ошибаюсь, с половиной жизни.

В чем проблема?)) умираете - но вместо того чтобы возродитца, привычно загружаетесь ;)

как я писал в мнении о демке

. Не нравятся только Vital Chambers, что это такое? Неужели нельзя честно умереть, где хардкорность, что это за прей? это несерьезно, улетучивается сам страх смерти, ведь можно спокойно возродиться как ни в чем не бывало. Этот консольный пережиток убивает.
