На 14-й день распродажи, из двери мне дали предмет: "Trove - Soarwind Sword". В инвентаре доступна функция "Распаковать предмет. ", я нажимаю и мне выдает ошибку:

Произошла ошибка при добавлении предмета на аккаунт. Пожалуйста, повторите попытку позже.

Мне стало лень устанавливать игру и я продал этот предмет на торговой площадке.

Подтверждаю, после установки игры, предмет спокойно распаковывается

Я распаковал его но у меня ничего не появилось в инвентаре, и это меч пропал что он дал.

я купил 530 шт за 25рублей по 0.05 попытаюсь продать за 0,10

Необязательно игру устанавливать, достаточно добавить её в подписки (нажать "играть" или установить игру), а после отменить загрузку и установку.
