If your controller isn't working in the game, enable Steam controller emulation on steam controller settings.
If you want one player to join on keyboard/mouse in addition to the joystick players, press F3 on keyboard.
You should be able to activate the local co-op while in the "playable main menu" even.
Controller is working now. Bu i can`t add player 2 in the local coop menu. Button add player do nothing. F3 in the menu and gameplay brings no result :(Sorry to hear it's not working. Unfortunately we cannot support all possible controllers/controller emulators and the controller you are using is an old model, at least according to the information I was able to find on Google. We generally recommend using Xbox and other xinput controllers as they have the best compatibility with most games nowadays.

В игре при выборе джойстика, справа ставьте пользовательские настройки 1!

Это сайт глючил пару дней.Все скачалось и работает.Большое спасибо.А оси действительно нужно было менять но под геймпад Speed Link XEOX 360 а под logitech сразу подходит.

Dinput геймпады не имеют единого стандарта, по осям и кнопкам, в отличии от Xbox(xinput). Поэтому следовало указать для какого конкретно пада эти настройки.
Спасибо . Раньше были проблемы а теперь все ОК. Играю на Logitech RumblePad 2/ автору респект .
Вот кстати да, у меня два геймпада, один Logitech RumblePad 2, а другой какой-то DVTech Macro Vibration и кнопки у них совершенно по разному пронумерованы.
люди помогите как настроить правую ось, а то вертикаль это горизонталь и наоборот

7 янв. 2014 в 14:53 перечитал кучу инфы. так и не нашел решения. как заставить полноценно работать геймпад? персонаж передвигается, прыгает, но воровка не может стрелять, рыцарь не ставит щит а маг не кастует. все это завязано на правые кнопки джоя. но не пашит..купил детям, а поиграть не могут.. нафиг заявлено 3 персонажа если кроме того кто на клаве, играть больше никто не может.. в сети куча жалоб и ни одного рабочего решения.

Please connect the contoroller before starting the game. I also recommend checking
the binding to each key through the game's settings.
If you can't get it solved could you tell exactly what kind of controller is in question and do you use emulators to use it?

You can try to fix the control issue by deleting the options.txt and UserBinds files. This should reset the binds, which sometimes solves the issue. You can do it like this:
- Navigate to the folder: %appdata%/Trine1
- Delete the file options.txt
- There should be a folder called UserBinds, delete that too
If removing the options.txt and UserBinds did not help, could you tell me if you're playing Trine Enchanted Edition or the original Trine? Also what Windows version are you using?

Sorry to hear it didn't work. Has the gamepad worked normally with other games?
Try changing the control settings from Settings > Controls to see if it helps now that the controls have been reset. You should also try remapping the gamepad manually via Steam if changing the game settings doesn't help. You can do this by launching Steam in Big Picture Mode, then choosing Library > Trine > Manage Game > Controller Configuration. Does this make any difference?
