Патчей больше не будет, однако игру закрывать не планируют.
Именно таково состояние игры на данный момент. Ходит достаточно слухов, что игру хотят закрыть и все дела, но ничего подобного не произойдёт — сервера будут работать ещё продолжительное время.
А теперь вспомним историю большинства патчей игры и чем они могли запомниться:

— 0.1.523 (10 ноября): Closed Beta
— 0.1.549 (17 ноября): Добавлена карта Bella Omega
— 0.1.601.0 (8 декабря): Bella Omega изменена, добавлена функция Spectator
2013:
— Game of the Year Edition (14 февраля): Возможность открыть всё и сразу одной покупкой, три новых карты Bella Omega, Blueshift, Canyon Crusade Revival (CTF), три новых карты для Arena и четыре для Rabbit, добавлен Shocklance, два скина Juggernaut Forlorn и Doombringer Executioner, добавлены щиты на базовых строениях
— 1.0.1267 (12 марта): Войспаки TotalBuscuit и Stowaway, скин Synthrall на Soldier
2016:
— 1.2 (28 января): Большое количество исправлений, пакетики теперь восстанавливают энергию, мортира перестала взрываться моментально при попадании

How To Run Tribes: Ascend (New & Current Players)
Download the standalone [full game from any source below]:
Extract the Tribes_Ascend_Parting_Gifts.zip into a folder somewhere you can remember.
When finished. open that folder, open binaries folder, open win32 Folder.
Find TribesAscend.exe, create shortcut of it, select properties of shortcut.
While in the TribesAscend - Shortcut Properties window find Target field.
Add: -hostx= 45.79.222.67 at the end of the target path. Click apply then okay.
Run the shortcut, Enter your user name and password. Click Submit. Enjoy.
How To Run Tribes: Ascend with TA Mods? [All Players]
Extract the download into a new folder or previous one if updating then run TribesLauncherSharp.exe
Make sure the Game Path [location of your Tribes Ascend.exe] is correct. If not "Choose" the correct location.
Click Advance tab, Select Reinstall TAMods. When prompted select "Yes". The update button will return. Click it.
Change Release Channel to: "Custom", Click "Choose"then select TAMods.dll and click "Open".
This directory should be that of your TribesLauncherSharp if otherwise correct it.
Click Setup tab then select the Login Server you wish to connect to. Now click "Launch".
While on the username/password screen minimize [alt+tab] the game window and click "Inject".
You will hear a sound indicating that TAMods has been successfully injected.
Return to the game window, log in as normal or with new username/password.
While in-game press "F1". This is the menu for TA Mods. Set what you want here and enjoy.
How To Join Community Servers? [All Players] [TA Mods Required]
Run TribesLauncherSharp then select the Login Server: Community.
Select "Launch". When the game starts minimize [alt+tab] the game window and click "Inject".
You will hear a sound indicating that TAMods has been successfully injected.
Click >Switch to Goty<. You will receive a message. The current mode under PLAY NOW should be GOTY.
Click Play Now and join any server. Enjoy!

How to access Tribes: Ascend public dev builds. Beta test new maps!
Locate your HiRez folder with "HiRezLauncherUI.exe" in it. Start the launcher with the following command line:
HiRezLauncherUI game=200 product=20
To open a map type "open [mapname]" in the console. For a list of maps go to tribes public dev/TribesGame/CookedPC/Maps. Example: "open TrCTF-Katabatic".
If you want to go into training mode to experiment with classes and weapons, type this into console: "set TrGame m_bRoamingMap true"
You can also change the properties of projectiles. Example: "set TrProj_LightSpinfusor Speed 4750" That will make the Light spin projectile 95 m/s. 50 uu = 1 m.

EDIT Whoops, forgot a step. You have to go to HiRezGames/tribes public dev/Binaries/Win32/ and replace ShippingPC-TribesGame.exe with TribesGame.exe. TribesGame is a debug build and will allow dev console access.
