The Trauma Pack is a downloadable content pack for Resident Evil Village. It comes with mostly cosmetic alterations for the game, but includes a weapon, some concept art, a custom part, The Baker Incident Report, and unlocks the Village of Shadows difficulty. It is available for US$12.99 and is included for free in the deluxe edition.

Includes

Makes the save point a tape recorder, rather than a typewriter. Can be toggled on/off in the 'Special' tab of the Options menu.
The saferoom music is now the end credits song to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. Can be toggled on/off in the 'Special' tab of the Options menu.

Unlocks the hardest difficulty, which usually would take beating the game once on any difficulty to unlock.
Contains 120 pieces of concept art, of which are Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Concept Art 01-65 and Resident Evil Village Concept Art 01–55.

The Samurai Edge - AW Model-01 is only acquired by buying the Trauma Pack DLC.

Gameplay
This weapon be purchased from The Duke upon meeting him if the Trauma Pack DLC is purchased. However, the handgun cannot be upgraded and only performs marginally better than a non-upgraded LEMI. In terms of raw stats, this weapon becomes obsolete once you're able to upgrade any other handgun.
