Replace the Grim Reaper with the sassy Time Lady Missy, become a "Half-Upgraded Ghost" and convert other Sims. You can also "delete" Sims. With the Emotional Control Skill your half-upgraded Sim can implant an Emotional Inhibitor on normal Sims and suppress/modify emotions. With the new object "Nethersphere" you can communicate with victims of Missys evil plan.
Joining UNIT will change your whole life. Start as a Lieutenant of the Paranormal Devision and get rewards, such as a Sonic Blaster (not functional) and the ability to check the species of a certain Sim to identify aliens. Sims 4, the "Doctor Who TARDIS Dress"
"Mods/unpackedmod" (чтобы моды заработали в данной подпапке, нужно в самом конце файла "Mods/ Resource.cfg", прописать строчку "DirectoryFiles unpackedmod autoupdate" (все без кавычек), рекомендую сразу сделать такую папку и сразу прописать эту строчку.
ВАЖНО. Все, есть только этих три способа установки модов в этой игре. (по сути, если мододел ничего не накосячил любые файлы с расширением ".pyo", ".py" должны работать в этой папке.
Если у вас что то не работает: совет, кидайте скаченный мод в обе папки в заархивированном и разархивированном виде, игра сама определит нужный и понятный ей формат, а так как моды занимают мало места и нерабочие не отображаюися в менеджерах, то это ничем Вам не повредит.

Вот что делает каждая черта:
Alien Hater: «Alien Haters презирает иностранцев и испытывает отвращение к их самому существованию»
Тип: Личность, Социальный
Особенности игры: Злобные баффы от инопланетян (+2) и симов, вовлеченных в инопланетную беременность (+4)! Ненавистники инопланетян также могут жаловаться на инопланетян, делая смущенных не чужеродных симов (+3) и других ненавидящих симов инопланетян счастливыми (+5, потому что трудно найти кого-то еще, кто разделяет ненависть: p), каждый на 4 часа. Ненавистники инопланетян могут также отбрасывать оскорбления против пришельцев и напрягать инопланетян (+5) от их ненавистных слов. Они также могут оскорблять гены инопланетян, когда они злятся на близлежащую инопланетную беременность. Alien Haters теперь дают +4 напряженного баффа к находящимся поблизости инопланетянам.
Требования: «На работу» (потому что инопланетяне), значок взят из Наружного ретрита, поэтому дайте мне знать, если это вызывает проблему!
Сезонное аффективное расстройство (SAD): «Симы с SAD впадают в депрессию в осенние и зимние месяцы»
Тип: Индивидуальность, Эмоциональные
особенности: Грустный (+4) бафф из осеннего и зимнего сезонов, при условии, что на улице не очень жарко. Наверное, самое полезное где угодно, кроме Оазис Спрингс.
Известные проблемы: баффы / лут, полученные в результате сезонности и температурной близости, обнаруживаются при первой загрузке (все последующие загрузки не будут иметь этой проблемы), большую часть времени (иногда быстрая), но она будет отображаться внутри несколько сим часов.
Требования: Seasons
Hay Fever: «Симы с сенной лихорадкой страдают в течение весенних месяцев»
Тип: Индивидуальность, Образ жизни
Особенности: Неудобный (+3) бафф в течение весны, вызывает кашель и чихание. Усиление навыка «Цветочная аранжировка» уменьшено (трудно учиться, когда ты чихаешь все время!)
Известная проблема: см. SAD Trait
Требования: Сезоны, Начало работы для неработающих анимаций
Аллергия на кошек / Аллергия на собак: «Симам, страдающим аллергией на [кошек / собак], трудно находиться рядом с [кошками / собаками] без чихания!»
Тип: Индивидуальность, Образ жизни
Особенности: Неудобный (+3) бафф вокруг [кошек / собак], вызывает кашель и чихание.
Требования: Кошки и собаки, «На работу» для анимации бездействия.
Ненавистная жара: «Симы, ненавидящие жару, не наслаждаются теплой погодой! Кондиционер длится так долго, эти симы просто ненавидят жару! »
Тип: Личность, Стиль жизни
Особенности: Неудобный (+4) бафф, когда жарко; он уходит, пока у них есть «освежающий кондиционер», но как только он исчезнет, их не обманешь: эти симы знают, когда слишком жарко! Когда этот бафф активен, они будут воспроизводить анимацию плавления. Симы - королевы драмы!
Требования: сезоны не выдерживают холода
Не могу терпеть холод: «Симы, которые не переносят холода, не любят холодную погоду. Отопление длится так долго, они просто не переносят холода! »
Тип: Личность, Стиль жизни
Особенности: Неудобный (+4) бафф, когда холодно; он уходит, пока у них есть бафф «центрального отопления», но как только он прекратится, их нельзя обмануть: эти симы знают, когда слишком холодно! Когда этот бафф активен, они воспроизводят «замораживающие» анимации. Симы - королевы драмы!
Требования: Seasons
Fame ревнивый : «Симы, которые ревнуют к славе, негативно относятся к знаменитостям».
Тип: Личность, Социальные
особенности: Sad Buff (+3), когда рядом симы знаменитостей, Angry Buff (+3), а также когда у этих симов есть плохая репутация
Требования: Знай, Иконка родом из Родительства. Обновится, когда в конструкторе можно использовать значки Get Famous.
Сухая кожа: «Симы с сухой кожей чувствуют зуд во время сухости зимы»
Тип: Индивидуальность, Образ жизни
Особенности: Неудобный (+4) бафф в холодные зимние дни, вызывает зуд.
Требования: Времена года, Начало работы для неработающих анимаций
Хронические головные боли: «Симы с хроническими головными болями часто живут по жизни с болью в голове».
Тип: Индивидуальность, Стиль жизни
Особенности: Неудобный (+4) случайный бафф с головной болью на холостом ходу.
Требования: Get to Work для неактивных анимаций.

Аллергия на магию : «Симы, страдающие аллергией на магию, чихают, когда их иммунная система ощущает магическое присутствие».
Тип: Личность, Стиль жизни
Особенности: Неудобные (от +2 до +4) баффы в присутствии заклинателей, фамильяров и Магического штаба. Они также не будут рады, если вы когда-нибудь сделаете их заклинателем. Баффы идут с поддержкой оверлеев.
Требования: Realm of Magic, Get to Work для неработающих анимаций, терпение с глупостью этой черты.

My future plans:
I want to rework the whole TARDIS interactions thing. Sims won’t behave like ghosts anymore. That’s why I don’t add more interactions/room. The whole system needs a fresh restart and I want it to make it possible to share the TARDIS (like Woohoo, travelling with others etc.).
