1. There's probably other threads out there about that, you can do a forum search.
2. There is a "preferences.txt" in the game's folder (you can find it by opening the Save Folder (in game, click the Open Save Folder button) and going one level higher)

There is no way to reset to the default font size, you have to reinstall the whole game to restore default settings.

I found that numpad + didn't work but the other one did.

Use the - / + buttons on the top of the keyboard near the function keys F1, F2, F3, etc. Do not use the numberpad buttons.

vadim54 Я не могу поменять тип файла обратно

Андрей Швайка381 его и не надо менять обратно, открываете с помощью блокнота или Notepad++ редактируете,сохраняете и запускаете в игре сохранение которое редактировали.
