И какая разница,какой у него фрукт,тут неважно насколько он силен,важно что все думают что он силен мне кажется у Баги сильный фрукт потому что большинство пиратов и дозорных используют режущее оружие Саша, у его напарницы по сильнее фрукт её не удары не мечи не пули не берутБагги смог выбраться из Импел Дауны, прославил себя на войне в Маринфорде, он названый Брат одного из Ёнко и член знаменитой команды Короля Пиратов.
У Багги очень сильная и преданная команда. Альвида, мистер 3 и заключённые из Импел Дауна.
Возможно Багги проста везёт, но обратите внимание что тёмный король Сильверс Рейли и даже Белоус говорили о нём.
История
Во время Таймскипа
За время пока Пираты Соломенной Шляпы пропали на два года ради тренировок, Багги, получив статус Ситибукай и использовав свой новый статус и силу новых подчинённых, создал организацию Доставка Багги. Спустя некоторое время, Хайрудин и четыре других гигантов присоединились к организации в качестве наемников.

Buggy Pirates
Before his loss to Luffy, he was willing to use his own crew as human shields. Afterwards, he shows a lot more concern about their well-being. Through a series of adventures, Buggy manages to recruit a transformed Alvida to his cause, regroups with his crew, and recombines with the rest of his body.
They follow the Straw Hats to Loguetown, where Buggy manages to trap Luffy onto the execution platform, but before he can cut off his head, a bolt of lightning strikes his swords, destroying the platform and letting Luffy escape. After this event, the Buggy Pirates follow the Straw Hats into the Grand Line, but they are taking a different path than them.

When Buggy, was sent flying by Luffy, the crew was depressed and his crewmates even built a tomb for him. However, when Buggy was captured and sent to Impel Down, they gave up searching for him, because they were afraid for their lives. But after the war, they lied to Buggy saying that they never ceased looking for him.
After Buggy's escapade from Impel Down, many fellow escapees from the prison have heard of his past as a member of Gol D. Roger's crew but miss out that he is a mere apprentice, and potentially the weakest member on board. Consequently, they come to admire him as a powerful pirate. During the course of the Battle of Marineford, Buggy repeatedly shows his cowardice, but the escapees keep mistaking it as courage and bravado, furthering their admiration. They were further amazed to watch his interaction with Shanks, vowing to follow him wherever.

When the Buggy and Alvida Alliance approached Impel Down with the intention of rescuing Buggy, Cabaji exclaimed that their captain could be sentenced to execution just like their buddy Ace. Buggy himself seems to like Ace. After meeting Luffy on Level One, he mentions that Ace, unlike Luffy, happened to be a very swell guy - they were apparently drinking buddies for a while. Buggy also told Luffy that he was very upset when he heard the news of Ace's scheduled execution, but he did not want to risk his own life to save him. Like so many at the time, Buggy was shocked to see Ace fall to Admiral Akainu.

Back when Buggy and his crew were terrorizing Orange Town, Luffy, Zoro, and Nami decided to form a temporary alliance in order to best Buggy and his henchmen, and after a moderately difficult battle, they achieved it. After following Luffy to Loguetown, Buggy was determined to get revenge on the Straw Hat captain and was annoyed that the latter forgot about him until recalling his name. Buggy nearly executed Luffy on the site of the Pirate King's scaffold but was struck by lightning before he could do it. After leaving Loguetown, Buggy decided to pursue Luffy on the Grand Line to continue seeking his vengeance on the Straw Hats.

Luffy came across Buggy attempting to break free from Impel Down in Level 1 of the Great Prison. The ever-opportunistic Buggy attempted to use Luffy as his means to escape, but was only dragged down into the deeper levels during Luffy's attempt to rescue Portgas D. Ace. After Luffy was defeated by Magellan, Buggy and his new ally, Mr. 3, ascended Impel Down back to Level 1, and, only with the help of Luffy and his band of escapees, managed to escape the Great Prison. After arriving in Marineford, Buggy and his new crew, for the most part, neither assisted nor harmed Luffy nor his allies in the Summit War of Marineford However, he was unwillingly used as a shield by Luffy against Dracule Mihawk. Unwillingly, Buggy also played a major role in saving Luffy's life when Crocodile threw Luffy and Jinbe in the air to get them away from Akainu. Buggy accidentally caught them and carried them away before throwing them to Trafalgar D. Water Law for treatment. Upon the battle's end, Buggy returned Luffy's straw hat and fled the battle with his new crew and Mr. 3.
He is shown to be displeased to learn that Hajrudin and the New Giant Warrior Pirates had left Buggy's Delivery to join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. However, despite this, Buggy benefited from the Straw Hat Crew's defeat of Doflamingo as it has increased business for his pirate dispatch company.

Furthermore, his body parts remain connected to each other, even when they are separated. For example, if his hand is detached, he can still control his fingers. Additionally, he can feel any pain that is inflicted on his detached pieces.

Вещь очень знаковая и широко известная среди любителей манги и японской анимации. Детище Эийтиро Оды, посвящённое пиратской команде Соломенной шляпы, возглавляемой капитаном Луффи, за годы существование обросло полнометражками, разнообразным мерчем и, что немаловажно, играми. И хотя в портфолио паренька, съевшего дьявольский фрукт Гому Гому, очень много файтингов и приключенческих экшенов, по факту ни один из них нельзя назвать поистине выдающимся. Если у не менее известного Наруто за плечами есть весьма достойные релизы, то Луффи всё ещё их ждёт.
Анонс One Piece: World Seeker не мог не вселить в фанатов надежду, ведь студия Ganbarion, неоднократно создававшая игры по пиратской вселенной, решила сконцентрироваться исключительно на герое в соломенной шляпе. Более того, местом действия должен был стать большой остров, открытый для передвижения и исследования. Это ли не лакомый кусочек? Свои обещания разработчики выполнили, но насколько качественно они отработали? Сейчас выясним!
Шайка Луффи ввязалась в очередную авантюру. Ребята решили присвоить себе сокровище, спрятанное на парящем клочке земли над Тюремным островом, но попали в ловушку коменданта Айзека. Им пришлось разделиться, так как руководитель местных тюрем оказался до безобразия силён. По своим способностям он чем-то напоминает киборга Фрэнки из команды Соломенной шляпы, вот только части его сделаны не из обычного металла, а из кайросеки, способного подавлять силу дьявольских фруктов, да и реакция у дозорного просто нечеловеческая. Пиратам пришлось ретироваться. Собирать всех и попутно решать проблемы острова мы будем от лица Луффи.
Ganbarion втиснули в One Piece: World Seeker целую арку, которая могла бы спокойно войти в аниме или мангу. Все составляющие канонических эпизодов здесь есть. Злодей, связанная с ним добрая героиня Жанна и остров со своими проблемами и жителями по-разному относящимися к коменданту. У Жанны собственная драма: её мать, которую многие знали и любили, недавно погибла. Ода работает по схожей схеме. Берёт положительных героев конкретной арки, связывает их с Луффи и командой, после чего они вместе шагают рука об руку до финала, добиваясь победы над тем или иным антигероем. Так что игра вполне соответствует духу манги.
Новое приключение Луффи и его команды вписали в хронологию мира сразу же после арки Дресс Роуз. Разработчики оставили для фанатов очень простую подсказку: на постерах «разыскивается», размещенных по всему Тюремному острову, награда Луффи составляет 500 миллионов бели. Именно во столько его голову оценил Морской дозор после победы над Дофламинго. По логике он должен обладать всеми способностями, которые были у него на тот момент. Но не тут-то было. В дело вступили условности! Ganbarion взялись за свои излюбленные приёмы – прокачку, фарм и собирательство.
Изначально Луффи способен выдавать лишь простенькое комбо, один мощный удар и прицельные выстрелы растягивающейся рукой, однако выполняя задания, как основные, так и дополнительные, он набивает свой счётчик опыта и открывает разные способности. Такой подход к развитию протагониста кандалами повис на геймплее, тормозя его и делая на первых порах до безумия скучным. Казалось бы, паренёк в шляпе уже овладел 4-ым гиром, но он внезапно открывается примерно во второй трети игры. Королевская воля, которой он укладывал сотни противников на острове рыболюдей, тоже подлежит активации. Удары с волей, комбинации, прыжки с пружиной, раскручивание ног «НЛО» и другие приёмы – всё нужно открывать. Форменное издевательство. Луффи словно связали руки и ноги, заставив его сражаться максимально сухо и неэффективно.
Как изменить ситуацию? Первый способ – искать предметы и материалы. Набрав травки, палочек и камушков, пиратский капитан вынужден обращаться к Усопу или Фрэнки, чтобы они состряпали ему какой-нибудь браслет, повышающий его показатели. Второй способ – задания, третий – сражения. Уничтожая сильных противников и выполняя «подсечки», он тоже получает опыт. «Подсечками» локализаторы обозвали скрытое устранение противников. И неважно, что их анимация вообще не отражает сути такого наименования. Луффи в прыжке бьёт врагов по головам, сразу же отправляя их в нокаут. Любой нормальный человек скажет, что подсечка – подбивание ног, а не головы…
Вообще само понятие «скрытое устранение» и «стелс» к капитану пиратов Соломенной шляпы неприменимо. В аниме он всегда рвётся вперёд, выходит на бой против любого количества противников и никогда не придерживается «тихих» тактик. Именно поэтому модель стелса в One Piece: World Seeker кривая, как парабола. Она кажется здесь лишней. Её инструментарий ограничен: разработчики расставили по острову бочки и выдали супостатам шкалу внимания. Деревянные сосуды превращают Луффи в Снейка на минималках. Пока он бегает, накинув их на себя – они изнашиваются и ломаются за несколько десятков секунд. Тактика элементарная: подкрасться, резко сломать бочку и сделать, прости господи, подсечку. Чемпионский приём.
Чёрт с ними с бочками. В копилке бесполезных стелс фокусов – активация воли наблюдения, показывающая расположение противников и интересных предметов. В придачу к ней нужно выдавать таблетки для улучшения памяти, ведь она показывает желаемое считанные секунды, чего попросту недостаточно. Большинство врагов в стелс-играх ничего не видят дальше собственного носа, здесь же дозорные и пираты обладают просто орлиным зрением. Летящего за сотню метров Луффи стрелки легко обнаруживают и, более того, попадают в него пулями, прерывая эффектные прыжки с оттягиванием резиновых рук. По логике вещей навредить ему могли бы только пули из кайросеки, и после битвы с любым из врагов в игре создаётся впечатление, что на Тюремном острове всё оружие сделано из него. В аниме капитан в соломенной шляпе косил обычных людей, позёвывая, а в One Piece: World Seeker пара-тройка противников для Луффи – это большая проблема, особенно если забываешь переключаться с воли наблюдения на волю вооружения.
Нормально реализовать модель воли, придуманную Одой, по сей день не удаётся. Тут попытка тоже получилась скомканная. В режиме воли наблюдения Луффи очень слабо бьёт, вообще не укрепляя свои атаки. Примерно так он мог сражаться до событий в Маринфорде. Но с волей вооружения (которую локализаторы перевели как «воля нападения») он становится значительно сильнее и хотя бы мало-мальски может противостоять врагам. Спешим напомнить: снести десяток противников одним ударом растянувшейся ноги для будущего короля пиратов не составляло проблем ещё в самых первых сериях аниме. А тут воля, 4-ый гир и другие финты, но враги не падают. Даже простыми щитами отражают кулаки, укреплённые волей. Словно вся элита этой аниме вселенной собралась в одном месте и замаскировалась под рядовых противников. За что и главное – зачем такая радость?
Пиратский клад
Платиновый кубок в игре получить не так уж и сложно. Придётся повозиться с зарабатыванием кармы и получением пиратского рейтинга. В игре много накопительных наград: открыть сундуки, изучить умения, выполнить задания и так далее, но суммарно это не тянет на хардкор, максимум на 3-4. Временной ориентир 25-40 часов. Всё зависит от вашего желания погрузиться в игру.
Благо стычками в игре мучают не часто. Понятно, что большинство сюжетных квестов подразумевает схватки, но во время исследования острова – тишина. Звенящая тишина. Потому что остров и его огромные мегаполисы ощущаются пустыми. Открытый мир у Gambarion еле-еле тянет на тройку. Вокруг – ни души. Редкие враги расстаются с жизнью от «крутейших подсечек», а ключевая забава во время исследования – поиск материалов на карте и сундуков. С чем они? Вы не поверите! С материалами. Забавно, но чтобы открывать ларцы, нужно зажимать кнопку секунд на пять. Есть отдельный скилл, уменьшающий это время. Очередной вопрос «зачем всё это?», напрашивается сам собой.
Ganbarion не обошли стороной и готовку. Санджи, получив от Луффи грибочки и яблочки, стряпает обед, который можно выдать кому-нибудь из команды. Получив пайку от кока, пират отправится добывать материалы. Прямо культ набивания карманов. Иначе не скажешь. Ничего пропускать нельзя, поскольку никогда не знаешь где тебе может пригодиться очередной листик или булыжник. Ряд выдаваемых в игре заданий завязан на поиске нужных предметов. Остальные – сумасбродный сборник кривых попыток разнообразить геймплей. Найти кого-нибудь в отмеченной области, избить пару-тройку врагов, поговорить с несколькими героями, попрятаться, а потом сразиться. Модели дополнительных заданий однотипные: в 90% случаев всё заканчивается мордобоем с группой врагов. Самые удачные миссии связаны с поиском сокровищ. Игроку нужно найти по отмеченному на карте крестику сундук. Но таких забав мало.
Ещё одна попытка развлечь игроков – это система кармы, открывающая катсцены и новые задания. В меню есть специальная вкладка, отражающая отношение героев и организаций к Луффи. Чтобы поднять уровень отношений, нужно выполнять определённые действия. Например, Смокер, Тасиги, дозорные и комендант начинают больше уважать героя в соломенной шляпе, когда он бьёт пиратов. А пираты и ненавистники властей напротив – после избиения дозорных. К слову, Ganbarion закинули в игру вагон и маленькую тележку знаковых персонажей. Придётся сразиться с Фуджиторой, Кизару, Луччи, с тремя братьями из Джрема 66 и прочими товарищами, с которыми Луффи имел честь общаться в аниме.
Один из немногих поводов для похвалы One Piece: World Seeker – графика. Отныне это самая красивая игра по вселенной Оды. Ganbarion сделали персонажей в традиционной аниме стилистике, при этом окружение выглядит реалистично, а не по-мультяшному. Эффект получился достойный, правда идеальным визуал не назовёшь. Налицо проблемы с дальностью прорисовки и некая топорность, но суммарное впечатление приятно из-за сочной палитры цветов и эффектов. Пиратские мотивы в духе аниме и тематическая музыка для боёв тоже проявили себя с лучшей стороны. Хоть тут разработчики не приматывали к игре ничего лишнего скотчем…

Когда Донкихот Дофламинго был свергнут, его влияние в преступном мире было потеряно, а потому Доставка Багги получила монополию в сфере наёмников, увеличивая сферу своего влияния. Однако в то же время пять гигантов покинули Доставку Багги, что очень сильно огорчило Багги и ослабило саму организацию.
Translation and Dub Issues
Under the 4Kids-dubbed anime, Buggy received typical content edits: his crew's alcohol was censored into "grapefruit punch", blood was erased from his successful knifings, and Luffy's kick to his groin was redrawn as a kick to his shin. A "reverb" effect was also used whenever he spoke in anger, implying that his powers could "split" even his voice. Finally, his "after the battle" mini-arc was cut from final production, leaving his return at "Roguetown" unexplained.
His habit of attaching "flashy" to random words was completely dropped by the 4Kids anime, and downplayed by the Viz manga (which often uses substitutes such as "gaudy, "magnificently", "gloriously", etc.). The Funimation-dubbed anime—which gives his overall voice an inflection similar to Mark Hamill's portrayal of the Joker—portrays the habit much more consistently.
Buggy
He is the main antagonist of the Orange Town Arc and can be considered the secondary antagonist of the Loguetown Arc. He has since become a highly recurring character in the series. Buggy is also the central character from Buggy's Crew Adventure Chronicles Cover Page Serial. Despite his rivalry with Luffy, he temporarily became one of his main allies during the Impel Down and Marineford Arcs.

Early One Piece

Buggy was originally going to be called "Boogie". The creator of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda, saw a movie and saw that the name "Boogie" was taken. Oda quickly thought up the new name so he changed it to "Buggy".
"Boogie" was drawn in a harder, more realistic style, making him look more like a traditional 'scary horror clown' (somewhat akin to other clown-themed villains such as DC Comics' Joker). This is a contrast to Buggy's more rounded and cartoonish face in the final version. Buggy's red nose was also made bigger and more of an important feature on his face in comparison to Boogie, who had a normal-looking nose.
Appearance
In his pirate captain attire, he dons a striped white and red shirt with short sleeves, white gloves reminiscent of the ones worn by clowns, a sash around his waist like many other pirates, and a pair of loose pants reaching to his calves, just above a pair of striped socks and pointy shoes. He also has a scarf around his neck. Hanging from his shoulders there is an orange, fur-lined captain's coat. On his head he has an orange hat with his jolly roger on it, over a neckerchief with the same pattern of his shirt. While in the manga his scarf and sash are orange just like many other components of his attire, his pants are light-brown and the epaulets of his coat are simply gold, in the anime he was given a much more bright color scheme, with a purple scarf, green sash, light-green pants, and green epaulets.
In Impel Down, he wore a striped prisoner outfit and wore his hair in a ponytail. After escaping from the Grand Prison, he changed his prisoner uniform with clothes like the one he normally wears, with salvaged Marine uniform pieces to recreate the effects of a pirate captain: a white coat and a white tricorn that had the Marine symbols crossed out.
As a young man serving aboard Gol D. Roger's ship, he looked mostly the same; the only notable differences were his shorter hair and smaller stature. He wore a different outfit in each flashback but dressed similarly to how he does now, usually seen in striped T-shirts (or collared shirts), white gloves, baggy pants, pointed shoes, and donning a sash. He wore beanies rather than a captain's hat and he lacked the captain's coat.
It was revealed in an SBS question that the blue tassels coming from the sides of Buggy's hat are his actual hair in the shape of two ponytails. While in the confines of Impel Down, Buggy's long hair is tied into just one ponytail.
Non-Canon
In the Boss Luffy Historical Special episodes, he has long pink hair, a green ribbon in the front, and a white face with red and blue lines. He wears an orange kimono, with blue shoulder pads that have his Jolly Roger drawn, with two yellow lines crossed behind, and a blue and red ribbon at the waist. He also wears white gloves (different from the canon storyline), and sandals.
In the 3D2Y special, he dresses in a similar way to his appearance in Orange Town, with the difference of his shirt and sash are with the colors in Marineford, and the shoulder pads in his coat are gold.
In the video game One Piece: World Seeker, Buggy wears his hair in a ponytail, and sunglasses with star-shaped lenses. On his neck he wears a purple scarf and a gold collar, and he wears a green shirt with printed flowers, which he has unbuttoned, leaving his torso in sight, orange shorts with a red and white striped scarf at the waist, and sandals. He also wears his white gloves, and Captain John's armband on his wrist.
In One Piece: Stampede, in his "Star Clown" appearance he is wearing an orange and white captain coat on the shoulders, and a pink cravat. In his original appearance, he is shown with yellow hair, and a black hat with a Jolly Roger. He wears a white shirt, pants with pink and yellow vertical stripes, fastened by light blue suspenders, and an orange coat on the shoulders. He also wears brown shoes and socks with white and light blue stripes.

Romance Dawn Arc
Orange Town Arc
In the manga, Buggy is introduced accosting and executing a crewman - whom he'd mistakenly thought insulted his nose - with a special Buggy Ball. In the anime, Buggy shows mercy to this crewman and spares him.
In the manga before passing out, Mohji tries to say that Luffy is a rubber man but could not say the words completely, causing Buggy to get the wrong idea of what Luffy did to Mohji to win the fight. Buggy later throws Mohji for not properly informing him that Luffy had the power of a Devil Fruit. In the anime, Mohji tried to tell Buggy that Luffy had eaten the Gomu Gomu no Mi but could only say the word Gomu before passing out. Unlike the manga, Cabaji is the one that threw Mohji, after Mohji got angry at him for his treatment of Richie.
Loguetown Arc
In the manga, the Buggy Pirates are not revealed to be in Loguetown until the moment they trap Luffy on Gold Roger's scaffold. The anime establishes their presence earlier, and adds several gags with Buggy encountering Luffy but (possibly due to his cloak blocking his peripheral vision) failing to realize it until Luffy has wandered off.
Impel Down Arc
Also in the anime, his screentime is greatly expanded during the Impel Down arc: his canon scenes from the manga are expanded greatly, and additional all-new scenes have been added as well.
Marineford Arc
During the Marineford arc his on screen time is extended as to include comic relief in an otherwise violent and dark arc, and for the most part filler. Buggy seems less eager to take Whitebeard's head than he does in the manga. A new scene was shown in which Buggy was watching Whitebeard fight Blackbeard, with Buggy coming up with excuses of why he could not attack Whitebeard.
Post-War Arc
Buggy and Alvida comment on Luffy's actions in anime, and Buggy imagines that Rayleigh could be Luffy's uncle because of his family's history. These comments were not present in the manga.
Wano Country Arc
During the the flashback of Oden and the Roger Pirates before the start of the Third Act, Buggy's outfit is changed, being like the clothes he wore during the three-day confrontation against the Whitebeard Pirates a year earlier, but with a purple sash around his waist.
