Везде эти надписи: на окошках обучения, в создании персонажа(тут не везде), сначала думал:переживу,но нет, помогите.
Из модов только мод на старые диалоги.
он самый, без него играть,увольте.
Оф. названия мода не нашел,но его обычно называют адекватные диалоги в f4,возможно ,криво поставил
Ну тогда мод безобидный, дело в игре. Переустанови игру. Не поможет- значит репак кривой.
Не безобидный. Именно в нём и косяк, он меняет стринг файлы, в нете эта проблема известна и есть решения.
Ой-вэй, что тут можно обсуждать?
1. Поставь другой репак, проверь наличие ошибок. Ошибок нет - профит, ошибки есть - лечи винду до исчезновения ошибок.
2. Поставь мод. Ошибок нет - профит. Ошибки есть - лечи мод. Желательно удалением
Таже фигня, вот только модов в 89 раз больше и разбираться какой все портит - не собираюсь
поменял репак и мод, кол-во надписей уменьшилось и почти не мешают,но string файлов не было вовсе,пока не закинул из мода,так и должно быть? Если нет то киньте ссылку на них,пожалуйста, ну или ещё решения если есть.(репак от RG Catalist)

Попробуй папку Strings вообще удалить. Если не поможет, то в нете можно найти правильные файлы (я не уверен, что здесь можно постить ссылки). На нексусе есть даже фикс под мод диалогов, что позволяет от него не отказываться. Можно найти по названию: Russian Localization - Fixes.
фикс с нексуса помог,в легкодоступных местах надписей не нашел,сердечно благодарю,теперь могу в полной мере насладиться игрой
После установки патча 1.5 на пиратку, в эффектах появилась это штука, ладно бы вреда не приносила, но оно дает эффект -2 к ловкости и восприятию, я подозреваю это наказание за пиратство, может кто сталкивался, и подскажет как убрать это штуку?

Это не какой то эффект, просто в вашей пиратке отсутствуют необходимые файлы локализации на русский язык, конкретно для режима выживания, игра ищет их и не находит, результат - LOOKUP FAILED вместо скажем "сильный голод" и т.д.
По поводу нерабочих модов, это защита в бета-версии патча от Бетесды для максимально полного теста РВ исключая конфликты от сотен установленных модов. В релизной версии скорее всего такого не будет, хотя кто знает. Хотите моды откатывайтесь на 1.4.132.

The Full Dialogue Interface mod replaces some files in the data/strings folder in order to function. With the recent update 1.10.2 you will find that some of the new Creation Club content will have LOOKUP FAILED! instead of the proper name. This mod will replace the strings with updated versions to correct the issue.

Here's how to fix LOOKUP FAILED errors.
- Download xTranslator from the Nexus
- Extract it wherever you want
- Go to your Fallout 4 folder > DATA > STRINGS and find the following string files:
- Move them somewhere else, preferably the desktop for the moment.
- Open the program (xTranslator.exe) and select Fallout 4
- The "Set Options and Languages" window should show up on the first run of the program,
- (if not, it's in Options > Dictionaries and Languages) Here, Change the destination language to EN and click OK
- In the top left corner click FILE > LOAD ESP/ESM
- Load Fallout 4.esm
- Once it loads, click on TOOLS on the right > LOAD .STRINGS AS TRANSLATION.
- Choose the Fallout4_en.STRINGS file which you previously removed from your data folder
- A new pop up window will open, select EVERYTHING and accept
- Once it's done, click on FILE in the top corner > FINALIZE STRINGS
-After the process, delete the outdated string files from the desktop that you moved from the DATA folder and you're done.
I've got the same problem. I'm going to try uninstalling all mods and the game folder and re-acquiring the game via. Steam. That will almost certainly fix it (I made a backup first of course). I tried turning off a couple mods, but it didn't help, so I'm just going to brute force it for now.
just wondering if anyone found out what caused this? I've got quite a few mods running so if someone has already sourced the issue it would save a lot of time.
Has anybody found fix for this? It went away after reinstalling game but it appeared again when i reinstalled mods.. It must be caused by one of them.

Customize Legendary Spawning
Better Item Sorting
I bet its caused by BIS mod.

Which BIS plugin version were you using? Strings or .esp?
Edit: I had BIS strings version I uninstalled and switched to Valdacil's and working fine now.

i don't have BIS installed but i did install WET i am now going to remove it and hope it fixes the lookup failed issue

This did not work for me
Backup and delete your fallout4.ini fallout4custom fallout4 prefs, fallout 4 launcher and the strings folder in fallout4/data
This Lookup failed issue is particularly vexing
