I took a screenshot in Europa Universalis 4 but I can't seem to find the location of the image file! Where is it?

File Locations on Mac OS X
The executable is in /Users/USER/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Europa Universalis IV/
On OS X 10.8.x Apple have hidden the /Users/USER/Library/ folder. To see it go to the Finder, hit command-shift-G (ie Go To) and type in

24 авг. 2013 в 22:52 I think I read somewhere that their is an in-game function to take a screen shot and that they are stored in a certain directory.But where? how ? can't remember .

jsut have to go to screenshots in your p[rofile, then clikc it, then upload scren shots. s. then when that window opens up. show on Disk button willt ake you to where the steam pictures are stored on your HD. 21 дек. 2013 в 8:54
Old thread but I'll answer anyway. There are 2 different kinds of screenshots:
World map screenshots with F10 land in My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/Screenshots folder. Or something along the lines.
Steam screenshots with F12 land in some bizarre Narnia land and only way i ever find them is when i click on "View Screenshot Library" on the Eu 4 page in my Steam Library and from there i go to "Show on Disk"
f12 only takes a picture of your current screen while f10 takes a picture of the entire map. f12 also requires steam.

There are two kinds of screenshot in this game.
You can either take the usual Steam screenshots with F12 . This is explained here.
It is also possible to take a screenshot of the whole map with F10 . In this case, the file will be located in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\Screenshots .
How do you guys get such high quality screenshots?
Whenever I use the f12 button I get a screenshot that has terrible quality and this is for all games. How do people get such great screenshots to show off?
