The Mill Stone is a machine added by Better With Mods. It is one of the first machines the player will generally make from the mod. It is used to process a variety of materials, particularly Hemp and Leather. It has three input slots and will process one item at a time from right to left. It will drop the output items on the ground nearby when it is finished processing. It is powered through Mechanical Power, most particularly the Hand Crank early game.

Its progress can be seen in the bar in its GUI by the Wooden Gear, which slowly fills up as the item is processed. It will emit smoke from the top of the block when it is finished.

Rotation

The Turntable will rotate the block directly on top of it by fixed 90 degree increments when provided with Mechanical Power. The speed at which the Turntable rotates the block can be configured by right-clicking with an empty hand on any side of the block to move the switch. From left to right, the rotate time will change from 0.5, 1, 2, and then 4 seconds. If provided with a Redstone signal, the Turntable will rotate in reverse.

When a non-opaque block is being rotated above the Turntable, it will transmit the rotation to the block above it. For example, if Glass is placed above the Turntable, and a Chest is placed above the Glass, the Chest will be rotated.

If the Turntable is not turning unfired pottery and is mechanically powered, it will play the vanilla button click sound at every rotation.

Extended Pistons cannot be rotated.

Pottery spinning

If a Clay block, Unfired Crucible, Unfired Planter, or Unfired Vase is placed above the Turntable, it will slowly work into different unfired pottery blocks. The Unfired Urn, which is at the end of the pottery cycle, will turn into a piece of Clay. Each block takes around 8 seconds to turn into the next, and with each process, the sound of Clay breaking is played.

These unfired blocks will then generally be fired in the Kiln.

Timing and additional rotation

Certain blocks (generally Redstone related) that are attached to the sides of blocks above the Turntable will rotate with the block it is on. These blocks include: Torches, Redstone Torches, Levers, Signs, and Buttons. This allows for the player to create different timed circuits using the redstone signal on the Redstone Torch. This method is commonly used for timing a Bellows which is essential for the creation of Stoked Fires .

Turntable (Better With Mods)

The Turntable is a functional block added by Better With Mods. It is most commonly used for block rotation, Redstone timing, and spinning unfired pottery.

Мод Better With Mods - это довольно крупный мод который добавляет в майнкрафт сразу всего но понемногу, здесь и механизмы, еда, оружие и броня и даже фурнитура. В целом довольно занятный мод, в нем можно построить водяную или ветряную мельницу для получения механической энергии.

Что добавляет мод Better With Mods:

Мод добавит несколько различных механизмов который позволяют перерабатывать материалы, перемалывать их или распиливать, так же мод добавляет блоки фильтрации, печи и многое сопутствующие вещи. Так же мод добавит добавит немного брони и инструментов, а так же довольно много блоков для декорации, столы, заборы, полублоки, вазы.

Как разобраться с модом?
К сожалению никакой вики по моду нет, и плохо понятно, что делают некоторые блоки и как их использовать. Так же мод слегка багнутый и некоторые блоки не работают так как заявлено. Ставьте JEI и смотрите крафты + смотрите видео от автора, он показывает как работать с модом.

Использование [ ]

Чтобы воспользоваться жерновами, вы должны кликнуть ПКМ по ним, после чего откроется графический интерфейс. Затем положите в верхний слот предмет, который хотите обработать. После этого выйдете из графического интерфейса и подключите жернова к сигналу красного камня. Вскоре жернова начнут поворачиваться и ваш предмет будет перемолот. Если же при перемалывании механизм начнёт терять мощность, то повторите все манипуляции заново.

Better Minecraft - сборка улучшающая майнкрафт [FORGE] [1.17.1] [80 модов]

Сборка Better Minecraft - старается улучшить майнкрафт и по словам автора сделать нечто вроде Minecraft 2.0. В сборке порядка 80 модов которые улучшают и изменяют большинство аспектов игры. Существенно изменяется генерация мира за счет большого количества новых биомов.

При помощи мода добавляется расширенный мир с новыми пещерами который запланирован на обновление майнкрафт 1.18, в разных биомах появились реалистичные звуки мира. Еще в сборке множество декоративной мебели, много новых растений и еды, разные полезные моды вроде Xaero's World Map и Xaeros Minimap. Еще автор сборки любезно собрал и протестировал сервер для данной сборки, нужно создать фордж сервер, настроить его и закинуть в него моды и конфиги.
