Strategies

Being the second main boss within the storyline, Bucciarati isn't too hard to defeat, being able to be defeated consistently if the player uses a Stand or a Speciality. He may require obtaining extra points of health to withstand his attacks, though.

Running away will cause Bucciarati to use Extend Arm, which stuns the victim. His Zipper Punch move can remove a limb, slowing the target down. Only run if you need to; if so, only do it while he is knocked down.

With time-controlling Stands, one can evade the Zipper Punch using time skips. A good strategy with such Stands is to constantly use the barrage finisher and buy time to wait for your barrage again.

Bruno Bucciarati

Bruno Bucciarati is a major character within Golden Wind. Within Your Bizarre Adventure, Bucciarati is also a major character that assists his team and the player throughout the storyline and he is the second boss fight within the Storyline. He uses the Stand Sticky Fingers.

Storyline

Bruno will aid the player throughout the Storyline and will tell the player about the Polpo Mission and the Defeat Diavolo Quest. There are 3 friendly NPC's of him along with the boss one. The 3 friendly ones are at Diavolo's Castle, behind the brick wall next to the SBR portals, and the next one is next to Koichi in the outdoor table area.

Boss Fight

According to Giorno Giovanna, Bucciarati attempts to assassinate the player for attacking Leaky Eye Luca, and sends you to defeat him.

Diavolo (Boss)

Diavolo is the final Boss of the Storyline and the user of King Crimson.

Defeating Bruno Boss

Bruno: I know you have defeated me, but all is good.

Player: Is it because you are scared of me? Heh. (continue) - Bye (deny)

Bruno: No, It is because me and Giorno are now working together.

Player: Oh I see. and? (Continue) - Bye (Deny)

Bruno: I need you to return this lighter to Giorno.

Player: Sure. (Continue) - Bye. (Deny)

Behavior

Diavolo tends to attack with basic punches, a chop, punches, then a barrage finisher. He will occasionally do a barrage instead of basic punches. Note that he will activate epitaph as soon as the cooldown ends (about every 7 seconds), and, because he has access to raging demon, this can whittle your health down fairly quickly. If you are too far away from him, he will Time Skip to teleport to you. He also has an extremely low Epitaph cooldown. Since he has a low Epitaph cooldown, he tends to spam raging demon. However, if you activate Epitaph as he attacks, he may not use raging demon. Another way to prevent Diavolo from using Raging Demon is to use Stand Barrage on him during his epitaph, this method will also prevent the passive chop move. He may also teleport to you whenever you're far from him even if you're on the ladder near Giorno and can land an attack or Raging Demon.
