I recently purchased the Dying Light Ultimate Edition and I'm enjoying it.
Unfortunately I died a lot of times in order to learn the game.
I'm at about 15% of the Story Game and I would like to make a brand new start with cleared personal statistics.
I deleted the game for 3 times now, include the save game files in the Steam folder and Documents folder. Unfortunately it doesn't delete my personal statistics when I've re-installed the game.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Если вы играете в сервисе Steam, то ответ на ваш вопрос был дан уже в 2015 году:
Разработчик под ником czx пишет, что для того, чтобы очистить свою статистику в игре Dying Light, нужно удалить свой игровой профиль Steam (внимание, удалять нужно не сам профиль в Steam, а профиль Steam в игре!). Как это сделать:
1) Закройте приложение Steam, если оно запущено;
2) Пройдите по адресу установки программы Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\ВАШ_ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬСКИЙ_ID\ (здесь указан стандартный путь установки, у вас может быть другой);
3) Далее пройдите в папку игры Dying Light, она имеет название 239140;
4) На этом моменте вы можете скопировать всё, что здесь лежит, на условный рабочий стол в качестве резервной копии, если потом захотите вернуть всё назад;
5) Пройдите далее в remote\out\profiles\ и удалите оттуда файл default.pro;
6) Вы очистили свою статистику в игре Dying Light, поздравляем.
Как отмечает разработчик, достижения и квитанции данной процедурой затронуты быть не должны, но всё же не забывайте сделать резервную копию (бекап) своих профиля и сохранений.
Новая игра плюс
Новую игру плюс не следует путать с началом нового сохранения.
Процент завершения сюжета можно увидеть в правом верхнем углу меню паузы, рядом с отслеживаемым заданием и сложностью. Проценты завершения сюжета и игры можно также отследить и из главного меню, но для открытия новой игры плюс важно только завершение сюжета.
НГ+ расширяет возможности повторного прохождения Dying Light, позволяя перезапустить кампанию с новой или той же сложностью, сохраняя при этом навыки персонажа, его инвентарь и коллекционные предметы. Следует отметить, что изменение сложности может быть сделано в любое время и без запуска новой игры плюс. Уровни сложности можно найти в тех же расширенных настройках, упомянутых выше.

You have to clear steam profile of the game.
Try sth like close steam and go to:
"c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR_USER_ID\239140\remote\out\profiles\default.pro" and delete that file. Steam should sync with empty file next you will run the game. All profile settings will reset.
And remember it's good to make a backup copy of delete file before you start messing around ;)
