Как летать на самолете в roblox

Обновлено: 15.04.2024

When starting the game, click the "Play" button, then select an airport you want to spawn at. Once at the airport, located a plane spawner (a black console held up by a post) and click it. A plane spawning menu will pop up. Once you select your plane, it will automatically spawn in front of the console. After spawning a plane, sit in the pilot's seat and select the "Plane" item in your inventory.

Advanced Flight Mode

The Advanced Fight Mode is reserved for players who are slightly more experienced. Advanced flight mode is generally meant for planes that are conditioned to perform stunts and sharp turns, and would not be suitable for Airliners, Cargo planes, or any plane that is not very maneuverable.

AC-1-0.jpg

Advanced flight mode almost entirely ignores the plane's yaw (rudder controls) and focuses on the elevators (up and down) and ailerons (plane roll). Therefore, moving your cursor to the left of the screen will not turn your plane in that direction but would control plane roll instead.

Aim your cursor to the left to roll counterclockwise, and right to roll clockwise. Aiming your cursor up and down will move your plane up and down, the same as in normal mode. To perform turns, roll your plane 90 degrees and move your cursor to the top of the screen. You can also perform flips by keeping your cursor at the top of the screen until you have gone upside down and right side up again. You can use A or D to use rudder to straighten the aircraft on final approach.

Bearing

While playing Pilot Training Simulator (PTFS), you may notice things that look like scale-rulers on the top middle section of your screen.

This is a feature that shows what direction you are heading. You can identify your directions via the numbers that the scale indicates:

  • North: 000 or 360
  • East: 090
  • South: 180
  • West: 270

Sometimes during role-play, the ATC instructs you to fly according to the given bearing; that means that you need to fly in the direction the ATC gives you.

Stalling

VTOL Mode

VTOL is a new system currently on the Hawker Harrier which allows for takeoffs on smaller airfields/airports. After climbing into the jet and selecting the plane item in the inventory, you will notice an indicator on. It will say VTOL OFF when you are in normal mode or VTOL when you are in VTOL mode. You can see the gui changes colour. When it's red, it means you can't transition between the modes. But when it's green, you can press X (which is the VTOL key) and you are able to transition between the modes.

If you want to transition between VTOL to level flight, what you have to do is just go above your stall speed, which is about 50 or so in the Harrier. After the gui switches to green, press X. It will make you cruise for a second and then you have control.

If you want to transition from level flight to VTOL, you have to be just above your stall speed, which is about in between 50 and 75. As soon as the gui becomes green, press X.

To land, choose where you want to land. So, in order to land, go to about just under 50% throttle and you can notice the plane hovering down. To move it around, use your mouse and control it like a helicopter.

Airport Signs

Airports have designated, labeled pathways, taxiways, and runways. By professionally navigating through them, you can have an accurate roleplay experience, and cooperate with others in the airport. Airport signs should especially be considered in major airports, in which there are several players. The tower, or ATC, is responsible for managing planes as they taxi to each runway and finally take off. Click HERE to learn how to interpret airport signs.

Jetbridge Parking

Parking at a jetbridge is useful for proper entry and exit out of the aircraft.

There are lines that are useful for parking correctly so the cabin door can align with the jetbridge.

Make sure your nose wheel is on the correct line.

Landing

Landing professionally is an important aspect of PTFS. The player must align their plane to the runway at the correct altitude, maintain a speed just above stalling, and touch down with the correct wheel orientation in order to preform a professional, smooth "butter" landing. Click HERE for more information on how to land.

PAPI lights are used to determine if your altitude is the right level for a safe landing.

All Scenarios are listed below

Papi1.jpg

In this scenario, a go around is needed as the aircraft is too high for a safe and perfect landing

Papi2.jpg

In this scenario, a landing can be performed but will not be a smooth or precise one.

Papi3.jpg

This is the level you want to aim for. This calls for a safe, precise and smooth landing and displays professionalism. If the PAPI lights remain on this scenario all the way until touchdown, it means you have struck the end of the runway.

Papi4.jpg

In this scenario, a landing can be performed but has a risk of crashing.

Papi5.jpg

In this scenario, the aircraft risks crashing. If you happen to be in this state, throttle your engines to the max and pull up.

Cruise Mode

Cruise Mode is toggled using T . Cruise Mode is a feature which stops the aircraft mid air. This allows you to walk around the cabin without falling out. Pilots cannot walk around since they must remain in control of the plane.

Gears

Gears can be deployed and retracted by clicking the G key. Gears are mostly used for cosmetic purposes in the game, as flying with your gear deployed will not cause any harm. It is unadvisable to land without your gear deployed, however, since your plane will sink below the ground.

Minimap

The Minimap shows your relative location in the map, as well as the locations of other players. All players are represented as red dots, and the dot in the middle of the map represents you. You can press the magnifier to zoom in on the map. It is advised to operate on the minimap only after turning on autopilot (key C) because when you try to move your mouse to the bottom right of the screen in midflight, it results in the aircraft pitching down and crashing. Below is a map showing the island and airport layout.

Refuelling Your Plane

To refuel your plane, taxi your plane to the cylindrical fuel tank located on airports. A floating "FUEL" tag will be over the fuel tank. By getting near the tank, your plane will automatically start to refuel. Alternatively, you can also park a Fuel Truck next to your plane to refuel it.

Role-play Etiquette

Many players ignore basic airport etiquette, which often diminishes the roleplaying opportunities of other players. If you want to have fun on your own, its best to just spawn at an airport where other players are not present.

Below are a few DON'Ts that you can easily avoid to create a better roleplaying experience.

Smashing into others

Lots of people often do this in order to get ahead of others for their own convenience. This completely ruins the realistic roleplaying of other players. Before the update in 2019, planes were actually solid, meaning that if someone smashed into you, you would glitch out and do somersaults in the air and crash back onto the ground, inverted. Now, thankfully, planes go right through each other, but that doesn't make it any less irritating. So please respect others!

Disrespecting or ignoring the ATC

ATCs are Air Traffic Controllers, aka "tower". If there aren't any ATCs, you can go ahead and take off if there is no other role-play. However, if there are any ATCs on the server, you need to listen to them whether or not they are good at it. Players who are the ATC cannot attend to everyone at once. They often get frustrated due to players ignoring the ATC and taking off without permission, and if people keep spamming them with chat. A lot of the time, people listen to the ATC at first but then start to ignore them when they do not get a reply immediately. However, these people have to know that the ATC may be busy with traffic and didn't mean to ignore them. So don't spam "ATC! ATC! WHY ARE YOU IGNORING MEEEEEEE. " when you are waiting for take-off or landing. ATC are the ones who make PTFS truly fun. And it is not their fault that they can't type fast enough for you.

If you are playing the role of an ATC, be patient with the players. Also, make sure to accommodate other players who want to be ATC as well. With more people, it is easier to manage air traffic. To make your job easier, refer to the taxiway diagrams for each airport, which is posted on the airport pages for this wiki.

Flight Controls

Airplane Controls Helicopter Controls
🖱 Mouse = Maneuver 🖱 Mouse = Maneuver
E = Engine On/Off E = Engine On/Off
Arrow Up/W = Throttle Up W = Throttle Up
Arrow Down/S = Throttle Down S = Throttle Down
G = Gear Up/Down A = Tilt Left
P = Toggle Pushback D = Tilt Right
C = Toggle Camera Modes
Z = Toggle Advanced Flight Mode
🖱 Left Click = Fire Gun (only on the A-10 Warthog)
R = Altitude Hold Mode (Levels out aircraft)
T = Cruise Mode (Stops the aircraft mid air, 1000 Feet+)
X = VTOL On/Off. Hawker Harrier only for now. When VTOL sign is lit green its toggleable
Y + H = Controls the winch on the MH-60 L = Spotligh On/Off on the Search and Rescue Heli and MH-60

To take off, start the engine using the E key and increase the throttle. Once you have exceeded your plane's stall speed, you will be able to take off by pointing your mouse near the top of the screen.

Keep in mind that "Throttle" isn't the same as speed.

The direction your plane moves in is controlled by your mouse. Move your mouse to the direction you want your plane to move in. This feature is slightly different in advanced mode.
