Stillness is a meditative state of mind. People have very different definitions of “meditation,” so we like to be clear that a Still mind is a completely clear mind with no thoughts of past or future – what people really mean when they say the present moment. You can find Stillness through meditation just as you can watching a beautiful sunset.

What if I get distracted?

First off, congratulations! The mind can be sneaky and catching it in the act is not always easy. This is completely normal, remember that if you let it affect your state of mind, you’re getting further away from Stillness. So be forgiving to yourself and let your thoughts know that you’ll come back to them when you’re done Getting Still.

Whenever it suits you! The app is designed to become a part of your routine.

Try to find somewhere quiet and peaceful, a place that makes you feel safe and comfortable. However, just as you can be in a great mood really anywhere, you can also be Still anywhere. It’s always there if you need it!

How do I cancel my subscription?

How long does it take to see results?

If you’re very aware of yourself, you should feel a shift in your state of mind after Getting Still for the first time! However, the more you do it, the better it gets and the stronger the effects. You should start seeing more dramatic changes within the first few weeks but sometimes it’s hard to see yourself so perhaps ask someone you spend a lot of time with if they’ve noticed anything.
