This page will help you recover your Japanese account F/GO in case you lost it. Please remember to always bind your account. This will not work if you're trying to steal an account which already has a bind code.

You can either use the recovery form or send an email to F/GO support.

Note: Everything must be in Japanese. You must always think that they cannot read English, since this is a game for people living in Japan. They don't expect to see English requests for account recovery.

If you happened to play on an emulator, do not mention that you were playing on an emulator. Take note of what device you are emulating. They will not help you if you mention your emulator.

Ask your friends for help if you forgot any details related to master level, master name, last login time, etc.

FGO NA account recovery.

I had to reinstall the game on my Nvidia Tablet yesterday (update would not work), so all data was lost and i did not have the opportunity to generate a transfer code.

This is F/GO's Official Account Recovery Form and it actually works (no scams). It's safe to use.

I haven't needed to recover an account fortunately but my guess is that it may be a decent bit of time before you hear anything. I'd guess that a day or two might be required before you find out.

Missing my account ID, did not know there was such a thing, but every detail including my St Quartz purchases and receipts, have been sent.

How To Get Back Your FGO Account Back! (NA)

Before I get started I would like to say that this blog is only for members who, don’t know how to gain it back or worked hard on their servants; who want their old account back. So don’t go on the comment section saying “Oh I’ve gotten EX luck on my new account but thanks anyways”

Did you delete the FGO app to clear some space? Did you lose/break your phone? Did you forget your Transfer Code? You might think to yourself, my waifus/husbandos, my quartz, my mana prisms, summon tickets all gone!

No, none of the things you possess are gone in fact your account isn’t gone, you just don’t have access to it. If you lost your account first things first simply go to

Once you send it, it may take a while for someone to get to you but don’t worry they will reply back once they do someone will help you by sending you a list of questions about your account.

Step 2 Their Response

Remember this may take 1-3 days so be very patient. They’ll respond with a list of questions about your account, to track it fast.

The more you know, the faster they’ll track your account. Be sure to have your notification on or check your Gmail, Yahoo, etc. It should take no longer than 3 days for them to reply back to you with new transfer code and password. Once you receive it go back to the FGO app and put it Data Transfers, there it should take you to your old account.

DO NOT uninstall unless you have a transfer code and your password with you in a secure place.

Note for beginners, that you are responsible for setting up your own transfer code, you can easily do it by opening up the app. Go to

Create a Password (You’ll most likely remember)

From there you’ll be give a code of 10 random characters consisting of uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers.

(Ex. a3HvjW8sPx, rTse7qiRvz )

Please be sure to keep it in a safe place, write it down, take a screen shot, have it on your notes. So that next time if the unfortunate ever happens to your phone you always got you transfer code to take you back where you last left off.

Recovery Email Translation

Before anything else, I highly advice everyone to bind their accounts and keep the code somewhere safe which only you can access (it could be in Drive, Notes, Google Docs, or send it to yourself on Facebook) and someplace that you will not lose. You can also save screenshots and save it to External Memory or Cloud Storage.

STEPS TO BINDING YOUR ACCOUNT

Tap Device Transfer (引き継ぎナンバー発行) in My Room.

Type in your password (must be alphanumeric and be at least 4-12 characters in length) and repeat the same password at the second box for confirmation.

You will get a transfer code. Copy it to your clipboard by clicking or tapping Copy (コピー) and then click click Close (閉じる). The right button, 新規で発行する, is for issuing a new code.

You can now use the code to transfer the account to a new device or for future use.

To transfer to another device

Access the game on your new installation or new device. Click Device Transfer button on the bottom-left (引き継ぎ) and input transfer code on the first box and the password on the second box.

Transfer code and password has no expiration unless used. After the transfer is complete, your old device will no longer be able to access your account. Create a new transfer code after use.

Transfer code can only be used once.

You cannot transfer one server to another (say, JP to NA)

STEPS FOR ACCOUNT RECOVERY (JP)

Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required to be filled

This form is genuine. There are no scams or anything and is effective. Based on my experience, my account was recovered within 3 days.

Fill out the Recovery Form. It is absolutely necessary that you respond to questions in Japanese. You can use Google Translator (for short answers) or ask a friend who knows Japanese to help you. You can also use the Fate/Grand Order wikia for the names in Japanese.

Recovery Form Translation

  • For Servant Names, Craft Essences and other information search the site.
